Good size room with a balcony. Comfortable bed, good shower. Pleasant decor Welcoming and helpful host - provided local information appropriate to our needs. Very handy for early bus ( train replacement) to Syracuse.

Only stayed one night on way back from Malta but Ersilia was very helpful and gave us recommendations for a late dinner. She also helped us with where to catch bus next morning to Ragusa. Very good and would stay there again

Ersilla was really amazing . We arrived late and she was waiting for us. Then, answered all our questions, including where we could get a meal, with recommendations and directions. Ersilla also gave us the information required to get bus tickets and directions to the bus stop. She was so friendly and helpful. The location was central. Strongly recommend.

The AC didn't seem to cool the room enough to start with but it was very possible that we had not put it on the right setting. There was one short flight of stairs to the property and we had heavy luggage but the host graciously offered to help us carry it so it was all perfectly fine in the end.

The location was very convenient for the bus to Catania and very close to the seaside restaurants. The host was very welcoming and charming, she explained everything we needed to know, took care of us and gave us great tips for where to find the best pizza in town. We really enjoyed the room even if it was just for one night. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious, the shutters to the windows closed perfectly making the room dark and quiet so we had a wonderful night.

Our host Ersilia who met us at the apartment was great. We got in late off the ferry. She ordered our bus tickets for us to our next destination the next morning. Then went & picked them up & dropped them back to our room. The bus stop is just around the corner.

There was a nasty smell coming up from the sewer in the street, so I had to shut my door, and then it got hot and stuffy at night. I couldn’t use the balcony because of the smell. There was no way to make coffee or even tea. It was just a room with a bathroom. There were NO toiletries, not even soap for the shower! Pozzalo doesn’t seem to have much to recommend it, except the beach and the ferry to Malta.

It was very close to the bus stop…and not far from a grocery store. The host was helpful, and kindly left her time at the beach to come and let me in early, gave me directions to the beach., and ordered me a taxi for the morning ferry. it was fairly quiet at night, surprising because it’s on a noisy busy street in the daytime, and there were several other guests.

My one complaint there wasn't chairs on the balcony but still loved everything else.

The holder of the shower head was a bit broken, and the sound of the water running in the room next to me was very loud.

Good location, very close to the train station and 10 min walking from the beach. Very clean room and spacious room. The owner was super friendly and let me leave my luggage in the BnB after check-out.

I hate internal bathrooms. Some rooms have bathrooms with windows.

I chose this place becuase it was very near to the station. It was an easy walk to the 'Blue Flag' beach each day but a bit of a hike in the heat to the main part of town. The room was light and spacious and very clean. It had a great fridge which was a real boon since breakfast was not included in my deal. It was also close to two medium size very cheap supermarkets. There was a balcony which was great for drying beach stuff and small washing but don't expect a scenic view! Ercelia the host was very warm and pleasant, left me to my own devices but I had a number to message her if I needed. Bed very comfortable. Maybe a little pricey in terms of other places I stayed, but then it was a seaside town and it was amazing to have a fridge.

Like the beds in so many triple rooms, the double (queen, or king) bed was great but the twin mattress (often for a child) was uneven and not that comfortable for an adult.

The room was spacious, bright, and cheerful. We had a triple room and didn't have to stumble over each other. The location is near the train station if you're going to or coming from other places in Sicily by train. And the ferry port is only a short ride away.
