Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South AfricaWe liked everything.
Fantastic host!! Roberto makes you feel welcome. He assists with information and prepared the most complete breakfast of our trip. He even offered us a second cup of coffee! The B&B is walking distance from Pompei and a train station, plus several restaurants. Central to Vesuvio, Napoli and Amalfi coast. Lovely garden to relax in. Sandwiches and beer for sale at B&B.

ItalyThe room was clean, sweet, and well lit. Breakfast was delightful and our host even was able to make us a cappuccino! I specifically chose a bnb that had some character and wasn't just plain white ikea furniture. This one was super sweet AND cozy. There's a huge backyard as well where our host brought us a glass of wine while we hung out. Honestly the best stay of my life. We took the train (5-10 min walk from the station to the hotel) and only visited Pompeii by walking which was very doable. Grocery stores/town was a little far (2-3km) and along some big roads but still doable. If you had kids with you I would recommend having a car. 15/10 will be going back.

BulgariaBy winter time no much open restaraunts or supermarkets nearby.
Usually I try to move forward and avoid returning to the old road/places. But this B&B catched my heart and provides experience very close to “like be at home”. Therefore on my way back from Sicily I booked it again, and may just confirm the comfort of the well equiped room, convinient parking, shared kitchen and dining space. Its close to train station, close to Pompei ruins, close to McDonalds (if You tired of great Italian food) ;) It is just great place to stay for single or few nights on the road. And the owner will support You in any question, with good english communication if needed.

BulgariaFall in love with this place and Napoli, but have to move further…
Good location nearby Pompei ruins (1 km) and train station (500m - easy way around or to Napoli). Comfortable large room with quality bed, nice shower, conditoner/heater, shared kitchen and private parking. Just perfect “value combo” for staying around as long as needed. The owner do his best to support you. My respect!

ItalyI was there 4 days with my colleagues and it was amazing. You can reach the place with train so easy. The accommodation was really nice; from the rooms sizes, the comfy beds, very clean!, hot shower and at the end the gorges Italian breakfast, because we like it really sweet. After all, the owner was amazing! He was all the time at our disponilility to respond and help us with all questions and requests. If you are looking for a place under Vesuvius close to Pompeii for a good price, definitely book it!

United StatesWhat did I like? What didn't I like!? Me and my partner have been traveling for quite some time and this was hands down our favorite place to stay. The place, the location, the breakfast, the upkeep, the value, the HOSTS, everything was beyond expectations. If you're thinking about booking here, do yourself a favor and just do it. We extended our stay we liked it that much and would stay even longer if we could. Absolutely can't recommend highly enough.

United StatesFinding the house was a bit tricky. The surrounding area was pretty plain but offered a McDonalds and shopping center nearby.
I like to travel independently by rental car, usually staying in hotels rather than B&Bs, but B&B PompeiLog, about five minutes by car from the Pompei ruins, was a wonderful change of pace. The hosts were amazingly helpful and kind, offering a glass of wine at my evening arrival and providing a lot of helpful information. My room was semi-detached from the main house, very quiet, clean and spacious enough, and opening into a sunken garden filled with dozens of pots of succulent plants. Breakfast was in a warm, rustic room in the main house.

GermanyRoberto is super nice. He definitely adds a lot of value. He is very interested in giving tips and taking care of everything without being intrusive. We got a beer on our first evening and a wine on our second. The recommended locations where really cool and totally fitting on our second evening where he had on mind we where super tired from a visit to the ruins. The breakfast is a solid start in the day. The location is really good to visit the ruins. The Amalfi coast is around 40-60 minutes away, depending on where you want to go. We would definitely recommend to get a car. The room is really nice. The bathroom is basic but more than enough. I think this booking is about what you want to do with your holiday time. It is not the most beautiful surrounding nor the most luxurious room. It is fair for the price and Roberto makes up a lot. It is perfect to visit and learn about the history of Pompeii and visit the Amalfi coast for day trips. The good reviews are a 100% earned in our opinion. We would book it again if we were doing vacation in the south .

United KingdomLiterally nothing
Honestly the loveliest of owners. Got up at 1am to collect us from the airport, spoke great English and even took us to get a late night pizza.tried not to accept a 10€ tip but we made him. We were only there for one night but the room was massive, beds were comfy, and honestly nothing was too much to ask. Will be sending friends and family who visit Pompeii to this place! Lots of love from the 2 big English lads!

DenmarkCan't think of anything. Oh yes, to bad is was booked on our way back.
Great host, very kind and nice, he makes you feel at home, he is very helpful with informations about the area, just ask him. it is evident that he wants his customers to feel good during their stay. Close to Pompeji. When we came home in the evening after dinner, he invited us for a drink and a chat on the terrace. We will definitely pass by his place if we are in the area an other time. we had a room with a window view to Vesuv.
