Bed squeaks on the side of my partner. He’s a big man BTW. Balcony is connected to other room. Thin walls. I can hear people in the other room talking. I was looking for a microwave, I did not see any. I’m not sure if there is one in the property. Wifi is so-so.

It’s a 3-bedroom apartment. Each room is being rented. The room is big. With elevator. Daily trash out. Emmanuel is so nice and did my request. He waited until 1:30am to give the keys to us. I know he did not mind it but I hope there is a way to get the key without disturbing other people. Good ventilation. AC is good. Fridge is working. Free 1L water. Small TV but we did not use it. I was surprised that the uber driver knows the place. We were having a hard time looking for it when we arrived and he showed us the way.

Everything was just Perfect! It was late flight but they made sure we will be accommodated and they were waiting for us. The location is the best. I forgot my bag at a restaurant the first day and Emanuele did everything possible to help me and find the bag! Thank you so much! I hope we see you again soon!

I loved the attitude of Emanuele, the owner. He helped me book a taxi early in the morning, gave recommendations on the eateries close by and answered all the questions that I had. The B&B is within the walking distance from the Vatican in a quiet residential area. Very clean. Kitchen facilities and utensils ard available. Highly recommended

All was fine. Only potential issue for some people is it's noy very close to.the nearest Metro station. But it's a decent neighbourhood, close to San Pietro and the Vatican and it felt safe and quiet at night.

The ensuite room was spacious and comfortable. Emanuele the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Really great location! Only a short walk away from Vatican City, coupled with a bus stop that would take you into the city centre. Staff were also great, I needed an early morning taxi to the airport, and the staff booked a taxi for me.

Distance to old town, but it was still okay. The shower cabin opening was pretty narrow and I am thin guy. It was still okay for me. But I can imagine some other people might have a problem getting into the shower ;)

Shared spacious kitchen with a balcony towards a quiet dead-end street. The windows have an awning. I was not missing anything. The host is very friendly and caring. There is a super market just around the corner and many good locations for dinner/breakfast/lunch. I can recommend Il Pappagallo for an inexpensive breakfast and start into the day. The Vatican is just around the corner, however old town is still a good walking distance away. Taking the bus or train can be advisabe.

If you plan turning back to apartments in night by using public transportation, it is hard (sometimes impossible) to catch a bus after 11 pm, so location limits your time

As 2 girls, we were afraid of staying in insecure environment. B&B Suites was in very confident area located in Vatican side. It was quite far to central but easy to reach central both by bus and by walking (for people who enjoy walking :)) Host was very relevant and our room was cleaning everyday.
