If I knew from the beginning that there's no actual window in the room, I would have given another rate. But not having natural light at least a bit, it's terrible, for room 3, at least. Also, it't really noisy, the other guests were fighting in the middle of the night, neighbours throwing parties. At lest an announcemnt with silence hours for guests would be nice. Also, if you are 2 people working for a couple of hours on the laptops, it's hard cause there's only one desk and little space on it. The kettle was missing, even if it is listed on the booking. The shower was a bit broken, it was leaking, but at least there was hot water. Quite old and rusty things.

The staff is very nice, the location is also really good, late hour check in, daily cleaning more or less (garbige throwing mostly)

There was a bad smell coming out of the bidet or shower. There is also not a reception like in normal hotels so if you need something, you have to contact them through WhatsApp.

It's in a perfect location and the guy working there is very friendly.

Water in bathroom was never hot just " warm " Dirt under the bed Wi-Fi it was on the room but super low connection . Also a member from the staf entered the room without telling us when we were outside ( to change the blankets) //<< everything was okay, but i dont like the way >> \\ Colazzione was only 1 brioche and 1 drink ( coffe or juice) it feels poor . You cannot open the windows but i can live with it :)

Very noisy if you open the window. The bathroom needs refurbishing. Some little bugs.

Breakfast was nice in the nearby café. Hotel stuff was friendly, but they cannot do a miracle. Good plan, if you would rather spend money on visits, shopping and restaurants.

Bed support was broken, we asked to get it fixed. The person who received us had the new support and I had to help him to change mattress, and also taking it downstairs. Only one person for this job. The dirt was only under the bed, but it's like months old... Also they entered our room without our permission to change the toilet trash, but they don't have room service. It made us uncomfortable to leave stuff around

We left luggage at the place after checkout, which is a nice detail. The fridge is small than expected, but it worked pretty well

WiFi non existent. No housekeeping. No bathroom/toilet lock for sliding door. Very old lift can fit only 3 people.

The check-in was a frustrating, because I had to wait 40 min to someone come to the reception and check me in. The local taxes are paid in cash, and no one explained me that before. The breakfast is not in the accomodation but in a restaurant 5-min-distant, and you can order just a croissant and a drink.

The location is definately the best part of the accomodation, because it is beside the Roma Termini, so that facilitate the access to train, subway and buses. The beg is not bad and the Wi-Fi is good as well. For someone that is looking for walk around and not having confort, this is a great place!

The breakfast was not special. Just some croissants and coffee. Just to push you through the morning. Location was perfect nearby Termini , short distance from everything. I would come back to this hotel.

The shower is open - not set in walled surrounds - so the bathroom gets wet - reminiscent of eastern travels. Didn't bother us.

The place itself is not very cosy, the building is old, the containers look quite strange when you walk in😂🤭 When you walk into the building the relay suddenly disappeared, there was no internet, which was very inconvenient when you went back to your room to make itineraries or to find places, which is what we had to do in the cafes or city. The guy who served us was very strange, he tried to be nice, but he didn't do any of the requests, and he wasn't on site very often. The room is very small for 4 person, has a strange smell, there are cockroaches... Well it is basically only suitable for overnight stays.

Location! The best thing that we like🤭😉 If you like to walk, it's a really great place, as you can walk everywhere. You can come back whatever you want, because they give the key from main entrance door. Termini station is near, thats also very comfortable. Also, every day when we came back from the city we found our beds made😁👏

The entrance lobby was not what I was expecting at all - very unwelcoming compared to what I am used to in the UK. Once we got over that the room itself was fine.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The laundry was nicely done and the shower was hot.
