It wasn’t clean, tons of garbage in the entrance, the bathroom very dirty and bad smells. I felt cheated when I got to the place because the pictures are “extremely well taken”, but it is not the reality. It says breakfast and all they give you are tickets to go grab 1 coffee and 1 Croissant in a coffee shop 3 blocks away next to the terminal.

Location close to the terminal. It makes commute easy is you are getting in/out of Rome by bus or train.

Photos of accomodation lies. Building is total crap. We got the feeling it's dormitory for construction workers. They offer breakfast. For breakfast u get ticket for 1 croissant an 1 drink in caffe nearby. That's it.

Mold all over the bathroom, the shower curtain is covered in mold so if you don’t want it touching you the only way to shower is to get the bathroom wet. The room smelled very bad, the sheets were not clean, the bed is not comfortable, lights and sound woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. We stayed for just a few hours to sleep between a late night train and an early flight and it was still horrible. Terrible quality especially for the price.

Our window backed onto a garage, where often late at night the receptionist was out smoking and talking loudly. This kept us awake for all hours and stunk our room of smokes. He wouldn’t provide us with an aircon remote to get some ventilation in the room as we couldn’t open a window. Not only this, the toilet leaked and often the hot water was only lukewarm. Finally, the bins were located in the lobby were not a welcoming site

Everything was terrible. Dirty small room with uncomfortable damaged bathroom. Bath cabin was so small you could hardly have bath inside. Electricity blocks were not working. We had to charge phones in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in price. We were given breakfast tickets and walked about 100 metres to caffe. We were given one small cup of coffee with one cold and dry pastry. It was awfull. Never recommend anyone such place.

I absolutely would not reccomend this accommodation. Its called B&B but its basically an appartment devided in 4 rooms, they give you a voucher to eat breakfast in the near by bar. Before we even arrived, I contacted them via Booking- they either did not respond to my questions and to the one they tried to respond I got semi answers. W e arrived after 10am just to leave our bags- there is no way to know there they are, no signs on the door- nothing; , the man was hardly speaking english or italian and he told us to leave the bags in the rooms they have not cleaned yet! Later on during the check in at first they couldn't find our reservation,( we were extremely tired from our travels and they insisted that I show them the reservation but my phone was out of battery, so it took a while for my phone to charge in order for me to PROVE that I am their guest, then they did not know in which room to accommodate us. The room was clean at first but then we entered the bathroom- hair and bugs everywhere! The toilet seat was too small for the toilet itself, THERE ARE NO WINDOWS to get fresh air, the window that opens is looking inside someone's pantry! The smell inside the room was like someone's kitchen. The towels they left us werw brand new, SMELT OF PLASTIC which means they never washed them! The walls are extremely thin, we got absolutely no sleep! The door of the room would not close all the way, even if they were locked (???) and every time someone closed their door, ours would bang. All in all, 130 € for two nights is absolutely unacceptable. We got no sleep, we did not feel safe.

The only positive thing is the location, right next to Roma Termini.

It was impossible to stay in the room. The room is not like in the pictures at all. The bathroom ceiling had a big stain of mold. It seemed that the room above us would fall on our heads. The extra bed had a horrible mattress. The room smelled of mold and was hot. A/C didn't work properly as the same as wifi. Also the building that the room is located in is awfull. Shady people around, dirty staircases, dirty floors and walls. Full trash bins by the door. It was really scary. We unfortunately lost the money as we went to search for another place to stay. The breakfast was a card given to us , in a place two blocks away that included only a drink and a croissant. I would classify it as a nightmare. If I could give a fair rate, it would be -1.

Despite telling the host that we would be arriving late on the day of arrival he was messaging me about not being at the facility when originally planned. Upon arrival we did not receive the room we had booked and the room we were placed in had no working AC unit. The bathroom smelt like Urine and toilet see was unattached. Such an unpleasant, uncomfortable and un accommodating situation.

The location of the listening was great. Aside from that it was a complete bust and not what is advertised.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. It is totally unsafe and does not meet any standards! My advice is to stay elsewhere. We checked in, paid in full for 4 nights and left after 1 hour! There is no visible sign showing it’s a hotel. There are garbage bins as you enter. There are no smoke detectors in the room and in order to lock your door once inside you need a key. The promised breakfast is served at a bar 4 doors away. Stay elsewhere!!

The room was very small for 5 people. The beds were very small. Certainly not value for money. I do not recommend anyone to stay. We had paid the amount in advance so unfortunately, we did not have any choice to move. Staff was not helpful at all. We had a tea Kettle in our room which was not working, I requested for a replacement, and we received an answer that they do not provide tea kettles in every room.

Dirty rooms, different than the one in the picture. Smelly, rooms balcony was looking on the trash area in their backyard. When I asked the staff if it is possible change the room, they were very rude. Will not recommend it.

There is a bad smell in rooms and cleaning is not perfect. The light is bad and the room lock did not work properly. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant where most of the staff are nervous.

The shower was not working. Main on/off just fell in the floor when touched. Shower head was broken. Light switch was faulty. Air conditioning worked but not very well. Ring was generally tired and felt unclean even though it had been cleaned we think.
