I had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was nicely equiped and the terrace was absolutely a plus. On the other side, the stairs are quite narrow if you are carrying big suitcases. If you are sensitive for smoke, the apartment is not smokefree. But overall, good value for money.

The owner is definitely not what you would want to meet. For example, both sockets near the bed did not work, but there were working ones in the kitchen. When asked, the owner said to use some other ones. Then he said that he would bring an extension cord - in 7 days he did not bring anything. The evening before leaving he wrote a quote "tomorrow max 10 the room free". Hospitality :) The view from the window is a house in repair.

The breakfast. There was no fresh fruit or bread. The coffee capsules were the wrong size for the machine and there was no fresh milk.

The bed had a deformed mattress. After 6 nights on a mattress like that, anyone would have back pain. Very uncomfortable bed. The shower only has a large tap. Difficult to wash if you are not going to wash your hair. Washing machine had broken buttons, had to use a fork to turn it on.

This is such a cute apartment for a trip to Barletta, perfect for travelling alone, as a couple or as a couple with one child. A modern kitchen and a little balcony that makes you feel right at home in Italy, rather than like a guest. Food shopping is a short walk, plenty of bars and gelato places around. Quiet road so I slept with the windows open all nights. The check-in and check-out were super easy and completely flexible, thank you very much to the hosts. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will book again if I'm in Barletta.

The apartment was up a flight of 17 steep stairs,but fortunately we did not have suitcases,only backpacks.

Easy to get to from the station.Walking distance to all of the main attractions.The apartment had everything you need.There is air conditioning as well.Breakfast is mainly packacked sweet cakes with some cereal and milk.

The breakfast (for all week for two adult) is quite a few sweet on a tray. There was a big mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. We got two toilet-rolls, it was not enough for a week and the shower cabin is a bit small.

The rooftop is very good, nice view. There is a wash-maschine with washing gel. There is coffee, and milk. Good air-conditioning! And the owner is nice, if you have a problem and tell him then the problem will ve solved.

The location was really central and near the train station. The décor in our apartment was very bright and modern. We loved the quirky spiral staircase up to our private roof terrace. The apartment had everything we needed and a nice breakfast was provided. We didn't meet our hosts but they emailed us to make sure all was ok

In the apartment on the top floor water pressure was extremely poor. Sheets and towels had weird smell. Bathroom wasn`t clean. Very soft and therefore very uncomfy (in my humble opinion) bed materace. Dfficult to park nearby.

The staff did not do any effort to communicate with us. The only language spoken was Italian and the text were not translated to any other language. I would have liked a bit more effort at least in the texting as Google translator could be used very easily.

very steep stairs! mind you it is an Ancient city all the stairs are steep! the fact that they don’t have AC in the single bedroom upstairs makes it very hard to sleep there .

Breakfast was only few sweet things and coffee/tea. Didnt like the door to the apartment, didnt seem very safe. The balcony was missing a chair to sit on.

The bed is uncomfortable, the second floor is impossible to use, as it's very hot and there is no air-conditioning. I can't imagine if someone would need to sleep there!!! The balcony is nice and spacious, but it's nothing like in the photos! Also it is too hot to stay there and enjoy the view! Some shaders, or simple umbrella will do. The breakfast is not good, the cheapest only sweets, snacks, nothing salty. All the check out was arranged for 11am, and the owner asked us to leave at 10am, so we had to bargain for a 10:45am. Not good feeling at the end of a vacation!

The rooms are very small, they seem bigger on the photos. It is not ok for four people, or just be ready if the price is important for you. The grotto room is very wet and it affects another room as well. It was a problem to dry all the towels after going to the beach. There is a washing machine, but no place for drying the clothes. The biggest problem is the church nearby. I learned about it from other reviews, but I couldnt imagine it is so disturbing. You can hear the bells every half an hour. The last time at 23.26. Then you will hear at 7.26, 7.36, 7.46 and many-many times at 7.56. Then at 8.26 again. No chance to sleep anymore. There is a water pump in grotto and it makes loud noises at night. Not a still noise all the time, but quite loud noises every 2-3 minutes. Ask the host how to avoid it in advance. We got used to all the disadvantages and spent 5 nice days in the apartment.

The host is very helpful, dont hesitate to ask for the missing things. The apartment is in a good area, everything is nearby. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. We stayed in grotto room. Both rooms are very well conditioned and the aircons are in good places, you wont get ill. The kitchen has all the needed things. The linen and towels are clean. There is a toilet on the main floor and a toilet+shower in the grotto room. Italian breakfast with rusks, biscuits, snacks and cereals is provided.
