Great location in the city centre next to cafes and bars. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Fully-fledged breakfast is included. Comfy mattresses and pillows, clean room & bathroom. After check-out the host gifted us small souvenirs, it was really nice. Thank you for awesome memories from Palermo.

When we arrived at night no one was there to answer the door and we had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes for someone to come to let us in.

Amazing breakfast with fresh food 🍳. The host was really nice and gave us advices and tips for all places we need to visit, like cathedrals, markets, beaches. The place has perfect location, in the center of all things you need to visit, also 10min walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend! 😊

The place could be loud due to motorcycle and other noises from the street, if you are light sleeper it can be a problem to sleep in the morning.

Breakfast had good amount of variety, we liked it. Room was nice, comfortable. The location is quite in the center therefore no need to take the car and there are places to park 5 min away on foot.

Nothing - It was perfect!

The location was amazing - you can walk to everything. Lots of restaurants close by. The building was beautiful and the bedroom was large with a gorgeous verandah overlooking the street. The breakfast was abundant - didn’t need lunch after!! On my last day they let me leave my bags at their other property - fantastic service!

Very good location, not as noisy and crowded as the Old town area, but a good mix of restaurants, bars and stores. The rooms are good, the bed is comfortable and big. The breakfast is very good for a few Italian breakfast with great coffee, cakes, toast and croissants. For the price I think it’s worth it and a bargain.

It is not easily possibly to get to the b&b with your own car and parking is complicated in this area. Definitely follow the owners instructions for arrival and parking!

The historic building is very well located in the downtown of Palermo historic center. We walked to see everything and enjoyed the cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, and our family of four was very comfortable in the big room. Chiara and her team also prepare a lovely breakfast with all you could need.
