We were upgraded to a divine room at the top with the most beautiful terrace…but lift only up to second floor and we had to lug our bags up another two to three flights of stairs.

This property is really well located, easy walking to the key sites and surrounded by terrific restaurants! It has parking!!! Great rooms…wish we were there longer!

Excellent location for Catania sightseeing. Lovely big room, characterful. Good breakfast, nice to chat to other guests round the table. Teresa was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay.

Lovely venue. Comfortable with paintings and interesting artefacts. Host Teresa very welcoming and helpful. The room was really good as it was an apartment with roof terrace. Teresa helped with trips and taxis. Breakfast good. B&B very close to the centre and in a pleasant and historic street.

Location was great easy access to main site in Catania.

the breakfast was great (cured meat fresh fruit etc ) the host was sympathetic we appreciated talking with her in the morning.

The only downside for some people with the top-floor room we had may be that the elevator doesn't go to this floor. There is an elevator that services the lower rooms.

We had the top floor lodging with the roof-top terrace and it was fabulous. This is a 2 bedroom space with a central living area (between the bedrooms) with a couch and TV and wonderful, large terrace (and of course a spacious bathroom). Teresa makes a wonderful breakfast with meats, cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh bread, and a lot more. She'll keep making you coffee until you say "no more." We were able to keep our car in the gated/locked courtyard for our entire 4-night stay. We didn't use the car at all while in Catania (didn't need it) as the one-way streets and traffic are crazy! The B&B is in a great location, only a short distance to the main areas and sites of Catania. Teresa was a wonderful host and assisted us planning our days. I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

I thought I paid for a room with 2 beds but apparently I had to indicate somewhere in a message that we wanted to beds. It wasn’t a big deal but the selection on booking did say “two bedrooms / two beds” — so just be aware you need to message even after you select and pay for that you indeed need two rooms and two beds.

The building was exquisite, the room clean and designed beautifully and Theresa was the kindest host.

Location was very good, very close to sites of interest, close to cafes ad restaurants but quiet at night. (I appreciated that the church bells across the street from our room stopped chiming the hour after 8PM!!). Breakfast was always delicious, varied and featuring local foods and fresh produce.

Wi-fi in our room was unreliable because of the thick walls in the building.

Great location in the historical center. Rooms were quiet, spacious with old world charme decor. Teresa was a very friendly and helpful host.

This is a top-class place to stay. Our bedroom had a lovely, high ceiling and was well-appointed. Excellent breakfasts. The proprietors were most helpful with advice and arranged a very good visit to Mount Etna. Parking was available for a charge. The location was perfect for exploring on foot.

The WiFi was very variable in our particular room - sometimes working sometimes not. Teresa has plans to improve. We forgot to mention that there was something faulty about the left hand bedside lamp which didn't work - it was not the bulb. This meant the room was a little darker than ideal.

Our host Teresa varied breakfast each day and inluded vegetables.

There is a lift, but the uppermost level can only be reached by a small staircase - no problem for us, but you might need assistance with heavy luggage.

Very uniquely furnished, clean & comfy. Super friendly people, well versed in english, german, too! Organized airport transfer. Our suite had an enormously spacey terrace with a wide view over catania.
