We were in room 113 and although everything was almost perfect please be aware that music is on from 7.30 in the morning in the outside bar area. It just woke us each morning however this is not a complaint but I feel important to be aware off. Also live music on Thursday which was outside our balcony and did not finish until after 12.30pm. We loved it but it should be explained before arrival

At breakfast the machine to make cappuccino or coffe is slow, only one is not enough and there is always a long queue which you dont expect in a such type of hotel. You dont feel to queue up just after waking up so quite bad. Actually you expect them to serve the cappuccino although the breakfast is self service.

Location, entrance, dining room, garden bar, parking and kids facilities are very good I would say amazing. Also the breakfast and people that work there are nice.

Small and old style room. Hotel beach was a bit pricy for the hotel guest as other sectors of the beach were cheaper.

Great location, near the beach. Nice breakfast. Bus stop was pretty close to the hotel. Free luggage storage was very helpful after the check-out.

Breakfast was good just a feedback I think it will be a good idea to have two coffee machine instead of just one as we had to do the line in order to have a cup of coffee. Aside of this everything was really good

Got a message via Booking.com stating that parking at the hotel is free to customers , whereas , when I self self checked the day prior , I was asked for parking payment, which I provided. When pointing that out later to the staff via direct message and email, I received a non answer stating the cost of parking per day which only reinforced the fallacy of the message and lack of communication skills. Not a big deal, but perhaps a bit more attention to the BOT messages and better communication would help

Great breakfast, great dinner. The food in general is well prepared and the convenience of eating at the hotel is a strong point. Emphasis is on seafood and both of the dinners I had did not disappoint

Price was great. Location is also very good. Breakfast was as expected. The room was very small and you can clearly see the hotel is old but the price reflects that.

The rooms were very outdated and basic but clean and comfortable bedding. The “included” breakfast was underwhelming at best. It seemed pricey given the condition. Hotel needs a major renovation.

The location was great. The hotel is right on the beach with a huge patio in front of the hotel. This was a great place to sit and relax with friends and family (we were 2 families/11 people/three generations). There is a small Bar at the patio, which offered alcoholic and soft beverages as well as light fare and gelato. The staff here was wonderful and the food and drinks were very reasonable.

The hotel room are small, the bathroom shower cabin is ironically small for a normal size person..the intergrated air conditioning is not handling the high temperature, and its making bad noise while is ventilator is running at night at any speed..not worth the price that we paid for it. The access to the sea side is expensive without any services such as a towel included..

You have to know that if you pre-book your place at the beach it doesn’t matter if the weather gets bad and dangerous and that no one goes to the beach - they still made you pay for this day. It is inappropriate. At the breakfast there is always same food every day. FYI at the coast there are no good restaurants at all… Each restaurant starts to work in different unpredictable time after 8:00 pm and serves similar meals.

The best thing about this place is its location and musical entertainment every two days.

Initially when we booked the room, we got a room with a non functioning air conditioner. But the hotel staff was really understanding to upgrade our room without hassles.

The perfect location across the road from the beach with the endless ocean access and view was complimented by the gracious staff and the hotel’s facilities.
