We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location, you can walk to almost every attraction. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around and its easily accessible via tram from Trastevere railway station. The staff was excellent, highly responsive and truly helpful!

United KingdomWe did find the kitchen equipment lacking e.g. we couldn’t find a bread knife, there wasn’t a plug for the kitchen sink or a bowl, no kitchen hand towel or tea towel. We did mention this but didn’t receive a response. There wasn’t a toaster listed in the equipment which we didn’t realise. There are quite a few steps which we managed fine being fairly fit people.
The property was very spacious. The bed and settee were comfortable. There was ample wardrobe and cupboard space. It was a great location for walking everywhere. A taxi rank was just a few minutes walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep but quiet for sleeping .

BrazilThe shower heater box is right at the shower entrance so myself and my partner bumped our heads a couple of times when using the bedroom. The suite is on the second floor with no elevator, so keep this in mind.
The suite feels like a great hotel. The room is VERY spacious and clean. Windows are noisy proof which we found very comfortable to rest. The location is just perfect. It's on a pedestrian road but a few meters from a street you can grab and drop from a taxi if needed. You can explore everything in Rome within walking distance.
