Location is almost an industrial estate - there is buses and trains to connect to Milano city so not a big problem. I also did find the Spa & Gym facilities a bit confusing. For example there was no lockers - but there was lockers, but they didnt have keys available so you supposed to store your valuables in a locker that is not possible to lock.

I like the room, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room has very interesting design - and spacious. Good with complimentary water.

An employee at the reception was extremely rude, and made sure to humiliate me for absolute no reason.No actions were taken on behalf of the hotel in this matter. I prefer not to write what exactly happened, but matters of racism should be handled up to an IHG standard. I received a useless message no follow up, that’s it. I wish I had the time to address this situation, but being humiliated based on race and gender is not acceptable at all.

Francesca at the front desk was great, she solved the problem gracefully, and made the entire experience light and smooth.

Restaurant - we have ordered chicken from the kids' menu ( kids 5 and 7). We have got food from regular menu. Waitress was asked to clarify but convinced us somehow it was a kid's menu. Kids were unhappy but were forced to eat the dishes. Than on the check we found ....the prices for the regular menu. Very bad communication 😕. Very high prices.

Quite far from the city center. Not really safe to walk in the surrounding area or to use a public transport.

It’s a lovely hotel. Beautiful design. Loved having a room with a view of the city. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very good food at the restaurant in the evenings and excellent breakfast.

The breakfast experience wasn't super great. There weren't enough chairs for everyone even at 9am. I guess it may have been holiday season but yeah. Also the scrambled eggs were soggy. Other than that, the place was great.

Very modern and sleek room design. Great facilities. Also the bar and restaurant staff and services were great. The carbonara is just so delicious. Compliments to the bar Chef.

It's a little bit far out. To get into central Milan you need to take a bus then a tram. Alternatively, you can choose a taxi, but beware the taxis charge between €23.90 and €39 for the same journey. The taxis are on meters and clock up time rather than distance. You can clock up a euro sat at lights!!

The room was fab. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was huge. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We would recommend.

The location is not helpful unless you want to arrange for taxi every time you leave the hotel. The public transportation is not handy and to reach the train station is a pain.

The shower needs to be revised! The shower water is not warm enough, especially now in winter.

The property is so nice, modern and comfortable. An advantage for us is the billiard, the indoor pool and the garage for our car. Very tasty, varied and high-quality breakfast. Dedicated staff.
