Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The spa was a joke. Advertised spa facilities that we were so excited for and my god. No towels, a sauna that was cold. A heated pool .....that was cold and a jacuzzi area.....cold. It was awful. Also iron marked our clothes
The hotel was stunning and so spacious. The facilities like the bar, pool tables etc were lush. Plenty of mirrors and space to get ready and the staff couldn't do enough. The gym was perfect for a workout whilst away. Easy to get into town too.

- There is not really enough lights in the rooms. - The breakfast was tasty and enough choice for the hotel, yet some of the "warm food" was a bit cold. - Unfortunately the big window in our room did not close properly. We issued the matter at the reception and asked for someone to come and fix it, yet the window was still not able to be closed. We had to sleep with the noise of the roads/highway.
- Very modern type hotel with beautiful decorated, clean lobby and rooms. - The bed is incredibly comfortable! - The sofa bed can turn in to a queen sized bed.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay! The room was on the 21st floor, clean and modern, with an amazing view over the city. Beds are super comfortable, and we also liked a little but cozy wellness, don't forget to book your time in advance though!

There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The quality of the food at breakfast was below my expectations.
Good hotel for business. Near Fiera Milano, big rooms, a pool, fitness, and saunas. For a 4-star hotel, I did expect more, but I understand that regarding the size and location, it is more business-oriented and is still very good value for money compared to other hotels around.

Far from the attractions and the cost of the taxi was a bit high. A bit weird having the shower in the middle of the room.

We did visit the spa, (all to ourselves which was great) however the water was quite cold and not what I would expect from a jacuzzi pool. One thing to note it does take around 50 mins on the tram (just across the road) into the city centre. The trams are very regular so this wasn’t an issue.
It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of little details, the reception has free pool tables/games etc. we had a premium room with city view, very spacious, the bed was massive and in general a lovely hotel.

The cleanliness was poor as they didn't clean the room properly. The bath tub was not convenient as it was in the room and no place to hang towels or clothes except in the toilet. At least put full curtain to avoid drooping water in the room . The location is too far from any proper grocery or proper restaurant

The location of the hotel is very remote with minimum services around, you need to walk about 10 min to reach an average nighbourhood where the tram arrives and few shops available. the distance to the city centre by tram is about 45 min while taxies are faster but charges around 50 Euro The bath tub is located inside the room with no proper coverage which makes the water spills into the room
The rooms are very big comparing to similar hotels in Europe The safa bed in the room in very comfortable to easy to setup and close The breakfast has wide selections containing some (Halal) staff There is big supermarket in about 10 min walking distance

d two of you have a car the location of the hotel would be good . I had 2 room and the bathroom was blocked., we were a family if 7 but they payed me extra for one person but when i talked with them they said they will talk with manger but no one answerd so thats a problem

Location was horrible, no connection with any public transport. This time wasn't necessary, but we checked for a further visit to a trade show and there is no way to go to the trade show without a car or taxi. TV connection wasn't working and was not possible to watch Netflix or any other station we have registration.
Hotel was comfortable, room spacious. Breakfast was rich.
