Beautiful oasis of calm from the mad pace of Palermo. Fabulous garden full of summer flowers and a relaxing pool. Our room was spacious with exceptional bathroom and shower.

Bed was a tad firm for our liking but totally fine.

It is an oasis in the center of the city. Perfect location for walking all around Palermo. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful with facilities but also maps and suggestions.

A fabulous find in a great location. On the doorstep of the old town and within easy walking distance of the main tourist spots. We had a room behind the main building. It was beautifully furnished with a traditional and unusual stone ceiling. The gardens were lovely and relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating.

Loved the property. The outside space is so quiet and relaxing. Location is a few blocks from the old town, close to the waterfront. The pool was a bonus. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Made some very good restaurant suggestions.

First class all round! Brilliant location, facilities and staff. We had a large ground floor spa room with sauna and jacuzzi. Swimming pool was near by so very easy. Staff were all superb. The desk staff were so helpful and the domestic staff were discreet, kind and very competent. A superb haven of a hotel.

The hotel and staff were lovely. They couldn't do enough for us. A beautiful hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to come back to if I am ever I'm Palermo again. The hotel is a great location for visiting the city and has plenty of amazing restaurants within a stones throw.

Having to ask for a coffee rather than being approached by staff on both mornings. Rather cold scrambled eggs for breakfast. Milk for cereals not cold.

This is a cute boutique hotel. The grounds are very pretty and the location is good. The room was very clean and breakfast was nice.

Very central location and easy walking distance from the main attractions in Palermo. Very quiet location and the staff were exceptional in looking after us. Modern spacious rooms were nicely integrated into the historic bastione. The walled grounds formed a very pleasant oasis within a busy city.

Downside is since we lived on the main floor which is right next to the garden, there were a lot of insects. We had 3 worms crawling on the floor for 3 nights.. (probably got in during room service) It might be good if the hotel can provide insect repellant.

The hotel is one of a kind. Staffs were helpful and nice! We stayed in the rooms with original Spasimo stone ceiling. The room was very modern and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The garden was beautiful. The location is a bit far from the centre but manageable. Also, there is a very good restaurant right opposite to the hotel.

The place was lovely, couldn’t ask for anything else, staff went out of there way to help with anything.

Breakfast was plentiful, tranquil and quiet, ten minutes walk from town centre.

Breakfast was the worst we had on our trip around Sicily. The rooms are a bit small and ours lacked privacy.

Very cool, well designed property in a PERFECT location in Palermo. Parking was easy and free in the square outside the hotel.
