The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean. close to all sites in historic district. walkable . Gardens and Grounds were beautifully maintained . Breakfast outside in gardens and dining room . Front desk staff was accommodating and offered lots of assistance .

Thoughtfully and cared for conversion of a 16th century building which was an oasis in the old town of Palermo. The room was so clean and lovely and the beautiful garden a pool with the ambience of a spa. Breakfast was fabulous with a large selection of local fresh dishes.

The only thing that would have been nice is an umbrella at the pool / in the lounge areas as it can get quite hot during the day.

The hotel was in a quiet area in the city in walking distance to a vibrant part of the town. The garden was idyllic and absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and nice. The service is outstanding and the staff was very helpful.

A beautiful small hotel in Kalsa district facing the park where judges Falcone and Borsellino used to play in their childhood. Tucked in a quiet corner but walking distance to all sites and sea side promenades. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars around . Super clean area, shiny cobbled streets. Lovely decorated common areas and a very appreciated swimming pool to refresh when hot. Rooms are comfortable and elegant and well equipped. Staff are an absolute gem!!! They help with everything from sites to visit to restaurants recommendations . I can only think of coming back!

our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was near the old town. You can go everywhere by foot. There are a lot of places to eat near by. We loved the pool. Garden feels like hidden gem near the busy streets of Palermo. The stuff was extremely helpful and nice. Loved our stay.

We could not come up with one single thing. This is a 5 star hotel, end of story.

First and foremost, the guest experience the staff provides is beyond exceptional. I honestly would need paragraphs to describe how accommodating, kind and proactive these people are - especially Matteo and Julia. From prompt, informative communication to assistance with booking airport shuttles and additional private transportation to booking restaurant reservations and guiding us through sight-seeing maps... I mean truly, we felt so cared for. I should mention their rooms and courtyard are gorgeous. The breakfast is outstanding with tons of choices and helpful staff!

Such a lovely, peaceful place in a big city. We absolutely loved our stay in this oasis. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful garden. We visited Palermo when an event took place in the city but Siriana took extraordinary measures to make sure we were informed about every little detail and ensured we found our way to the hotel.
