We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumThe only downside is that there’s no kitchen (nor kettle, just a coffee machine) in which you could cook or just heat sth up. The wifi signal is too weak in the bedroom itself.
The B&B is located walking distance from the small centre of Cesaro and offers you scenic views on the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. Mariolo, the host, is adorable and helped me through transportation etc. He also runs a tour agency with expeditions in the mountains. Would recommend if you are in the area !

Czech RepublicIt was perfect location for our planned hike in the nearby national park. Host was really nice and even when he didn´t speak much english we had quite a nice small talk :). The room was nice, but as we were there in November it was a bit chilly. We stayed just for one night so didn´t have much time to explore the surroundings, so hopefully next time :)

MaltaI can only mention that there's no elevator, meaning this property is not good for old people or people having problems climbing narrow round stairs.
Comfortable room, and welcoming. Perfect for a one night stay.

MaltaLow pillows for us I would prefered 2 pillows and no wifi.
Cosy room and welcoming place, something different for those who do not have the attic (slanted ceiling). You have to be careful not to hit your head 😂. 3 minutes away from super market and also restaurants. Although we had no break fast in the deal the owner left us the coffe machine and croissants.
