Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaThe room was small, but as this was just a base for visiting Rome, this hardly mattered. The bed was very comfortable. And, the location was just perfect. There's no reception, but the electronic lock on the door was easy to use. Would definitely stay here again.

United StatesOddly, we got two bottles of shampoo but no conditioner. But that’s not a huge deal. The air conditioning did not work at all. Luckily, there was a window we could open to get some air- but no screen. The shower was very very small but it was usable. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows were the same.
It was situated right in the middle of an excellent location for foot traffic. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the fixtures were nice. They also gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us. That was very nice. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp if we had questions- this meant a lot to us.

SwitzerlandThe walls between rooms are thin and depending on your neighbors you can hear everything. We stayed one week and had various neighbors.
Well located and close to all attractions, They provide earplugs in the rooms for a quiet sleep.

United StatesOnly that the room would be slightly refurbished to accommodate a larger closet for clothes.
Almost everything. The room was smaller than I thought it would be (given I had two suitcases) but I managed it. The longer I stayed, the better it turned out to be. Room service and communication with managers was outstanding, bathroom/shower super comfortable to use, bed very comfortable too, very clean. I definitely recommend it others to stay at Luxury Navona.

United StatesLovingly restored, chic accommodations with attentive staff. Excellent location, right in the heart of the Ponte neighborhood of cobblestone streets. The entrance is an actual photographic tourist destination on google, amidst restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and Pantheon.

CanadaClean is understatement! Place is spotless, nestled between all the amazing Mom and Pap restaurants offering one of the best foot you’ll find in town. And one more thing. For the one that travel with a car we managed to find a parking spot just by the hotel and it cost us nothing. As chaotic as it looks take copule of circles around the block and you’ll find a space, for sure. Just don’t give up😃
Location, Location, Location! But was more than that. This place have a carácter and is done with taste representing the historic legacy of the Rome.

United KingdomThere was a bit of noise at night from the nearby restaurant. Ear plugs definitely needed. It is expensive but perhaps to be expected in a central Rome location.

United StatesPrompt communication, clear instructions, and ease of check-in made arriving in Rome incredibly easy. The location is wonderfully situated in a beautiful area. So much to see and do near Piazza Navona, while also being centrally located in Rome to reach Vatican City and the Colosseum easily on foot. There is also a taxi stop just down the way which made it easy for us to get to the airport after we checked out. The room was very comfortable (maybe the best bed on our entire trip)! The interior of the hotel and room is beautifully appointed and decorated to make you feel right in the heart of Rome. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

ItalyNot really anything - would have liked the delicious cornetto alla crema from the bar but that was my own fault for waking up too late for the good choices at the cafe, so nothing to fault :D
Really lovely cosy room in an ideal location very close to Piazza Navona. The room had everything you need, with some extra little perks like earplugs, though the room was so quiet and peaceful that it wasn’t needed. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a plus - a coffee/cappuccino and croissant from a local café, though I woke up too late to get the yummy flavoured croissants in time :) nice cosy lobby area where you can relax if you choose to. All in all was a great choice for a solo traveller and great value for money - would absolutely stay again

BulgariaLittle bit noisy because of the other guests /the place has no soundproofing/...but it's a ancient house and it's normal to be like that...just to know /who is reading/
I stayed 3 nights. Booked 2 rooms - one single and one double. Rooms were big enough, clean and very cozy, well decorated. One very polite girl cleaned everyday our rooms and change the towels, because in Rome is quite humid. The hotel/guest house is an ancient one and you can fully feel the Rome spirit. The breakfast was in one little and cozy coffee place, just next to Navona - a variety of food - was nice, tasty. And the location is perfect - 5 min. to Piazza Navona, 25 min to Colosseum, 25 min or less to Trevi, very close to Vatican city i and etc. I received all the information about the accommodation days before the arriving and didn't have any problems. So...I will come back in Rome, because...it's amazing and for sure will choose again Luxury Navona for my stay. Thank you!
