Stairs but a small price to pay for the value for money overall.

Afsoon and Bobach as managers were exceptional- caring and warm. Location was excellent and the view from the window of our room (Bernini) was great. While there were stairs Bobach offered to take our luggage up the steps. We also got cold water as a welcome relief from the heat. We also got fabulous recommendations from Bob rep what to see around in Rome. When we were leaving they were kind enough to help us book a cab, took our luggage to the cab, ensured the cab driver charged us fairly etc. all in all Bob and Afsoon and their hospitality was what made this stay stand out among the many properties/hotels we stayed in on this trip to Europe.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Wonderful character, a very central location in the main Center of Rome, the staff and owners could not have been more helpful to our family and very kind and respectful. The breakfast was exemplary and they insisted on looking after our luggage to and from the car. A joy to have stayed there and we will pass it on to everybody.

The host was extremely accommodating and attended to all of our needs quickly. The apartment was great; the location was right at the heart of Rome with very close proximity to all city attractions and the Vatican.

Booking could have mentioned that we had to climb three flights of stairs to reach the bed and breakfast. Fortunately our host, Bob, helped with the heavy suitcases.

Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Navona and Campo dei Fiori. Our hosts were kind, helpful, and gracious. Couldn’t have wished for better welcome and care. Breakfast was well balanced and generous.

Nothing much only little stairs

Location , cleaning and off course excellent Host and Manager ( Afsoon and Babak). They were really helpful. In checkout they carried our stuffs and waited until we boarded to Taxi. Also concerned about our arrival in other location, called us and make sure that we reached safely or not. I never see that kind of hospitality … special thanks to AFSOON and BABAK. Will definitely stay again this property.

What a unique and beautiful property! All of the rooms have modern amenities with old Rome charm. The location was ideal! Such a quaint area and part of Rome. Very close to lots of great restaurants, shops, Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Afsoon is so gracious and helpful- you can tell that she truly loves what she does! We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property, great atmosphere inside, outstanding location walking distance to main tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants but on a quiet street. The host and hostess are wonderful people, very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Overall a very wonderful stay. We’ll be back again someday!

Unfortunately, the room was really quite noisy, with all street noise coming straight through into the room. Given the lay out, I suspect our room was the only one which had this issue, however, when the restaurant directly below us was closing up for the night (12-1 am) it was incredibly noisy.

The location is excellent, sitting slightly off of a very picturesque street which has lots of restaurants (tourist traps, but very convenient). Very nice host, the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good. The staff provided us with everything we wanted if it wasn't already there. The manageress and the other girls were absolutely delightful, providing us with information about the city with regard to places to visit and good restaurants nearby.

The only criticism was the breakfast is limited. But even still, laid out cleanly and Afsoon did everything she could with limited options. She even made us take away coffees for our trip to the train station. She is a real professional at her job. We will stay again.

The Hotel manager Afsoon was amazing, she was very welcoming and did everything to make our stay perfect. Afsoon is a credit to the hotel. The location was perfect too, with most of Rome’s tourist attractions within walking distance. The Property is also close to the river with the main road making it so easy to get Taxi’s to airport and train station. The bedroom was perfect, excellent mattress and good sized bathroom. Towels, proper hair dryer, soaps & shampoos. The room has air conditioning too. The Location is surrounded with restaurants and bars too

Loved being in an historic building that was so beautifully renovated. The location was ideal with lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Afsoon and Paran were delightful, the perfect hosts and catered to our every need.....providing decaf for me and making sure my husband had his favorite pastries. They helped us with directions and ordering taxis, and so much more.
