The rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear the conversations from the next room. Also, towels and sheets were not changed during our 4-day stay.

The location was great! It is really close to all stations (bus, metro). Also, you have options for breakfast, lunch/dinner next to the property. The building where this property is located is beautiful. The hostess is friendly and gave as some suggestions to visit during our vacation.

Very close to San Giovanni di Laterano, the subway and buses. I feel very safe in the place. Nicely decorated room. Also, Andrea, the host gave a lot of information about the places to visit, the restaurants in the vicinity.

Perfect location. Friendly host and clean room. It was a perfect stay and the property is just a few meters away from San Giovanni underground station. Valentina was really helpful and welcoming.

Very good location (50m to metro line A and bus station), newly furnished room with adequate size. Excellent bed, which is quite rare this days and last but don't least...The great host - excellent tips on must-see things in Rome & big help in arranging transportation.

This is a Booking.com problem: they did NOT include all the city taxes, which went up again, so I had to pay an extra $90 or so. About the property, I would say the beds are not comfortable, but that is the norm in the city.

Location - almost in the center, closed to metro. Cleaning was done every day. Receptionist gave us the map and recommended us which places to visit, good restaurants, etc.

Everything was fine, but I need to write about an incident. The keys of the door have fallen on the ground after I left the room (I had no idea). I received many messages although I told them I left the keys inside the room. Till they found the keys on the ground/floor of the room their messages had many “!!!!!!!!!!!” as if I was lying or I was a little child. I did not like that attitude.

The shower was quite small. Everything else was great.

Excellent location. Very close to the metro and bus stop. Very calm, safe neighborhood. The facilities were clean. Towels were provided. A/C worked well to quell the summer heat. The staff was quite welcoming and accommodating. I'd recommend this place for solo female travelers.

The charming owner, who was waiting for us on arrival. We rate our stay in the apartment wonderful - both the room and the bathroom are large, spacious, well equipped. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen - the facility gives the opportunity to use a coffee maker, prepare tea, which is very nice and helpful. In addition - sweet snacks for coffee are available. Excellent location - right next to San Giovanni metro station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in Rome. We hope to return there again someday.

My (single) bed was a mediocre-sized mattress on a metal frame, which made weird noises at times. Nothing tragic, but could be improved.

Coffee machine in public area near bedrooms. Not great if someone decided to use it at 06.00. Which someone did!

Fantastic location with easy access to transport links. Attractive building with a unique feel. Host took the time to highlight transport routes to the places we said we wanted to see. She also organised our taxi for the airport. Highly recommend.

The host was very nice and helped us a lot with sightseeing. He even gave us a map and drew where we had to go for public transport! The cleaning was also very hygienic. It felt like we were welcomed into their own home and hospitality. I would come here again!
