A little humid, but this is Venice!

Value for money in the middle of this beautiful medieval maze that is Venice. Hot water, a little kitchenette to make tea or instant coffee. Heating works only when you are in the apartment and put the keys in the hole. Free luggage storage after check-out. Thanks for everything

Cold floors, but it’s okay, it’s winter time. In the morning when I was opening window for fresh air, there was cat outside- I really get scared of him, because didn’t saw him! 🙂

The room was ideal and very reasonable. Only a matter of metres to the boat stop made it easy to go wherever we wanted

Great location, easy to reach from the parking spots but also not far from Rialto, etc. Nice, authentic old house, good price, super easy check in/out. Recomended.

Very well located, easy to access. Host wasn't here but is very reactive on messages. Overall it was super easy and it's very convenient room. For Venice, it's good quality over price if all you need is a place to sleep.

The room was vintage Venetian..the building. There was art and a good atmosphere with space in the room. Location was excellent as well.

No wifi and my regular data was slow. There is nothing around... No restaurants or shops. No a huge deal since you are in central Venice and can get there quickly.

Room was clean, had AC and had a nice sized bathroom and shower. Very close to the San Stae vaporetto stop. Quiet street. Owner would respond very quickly and is very helpful and friendly.

Mosquitos were an issue. As it was warm we had to leave the windows open which let in the mozzies unfortunately.

It has everything we needed and a great location. Very close to the water ferry too.

The code provided didn't work on arrival, but thankfully host was around the corner and let me in. Kettle was marked as not safe to use so had to use the microwave which does the job of boiling water for tea

A good sized room in a central location. The blinds ensure it's dark and quiet at night which is great as that's not always the case for Venice. A friendly host and good facilities available in the room including a small kitchen area.

The mosquitos in the room and the smell of dampness each time we entered the room, despite having windows opened. I guess it’s a general issue in the area, due to humidity generated by the canals.

Great location! Easy access to all transport options - boat, bus, train. Close to center, shopping options and restaurants.

Although there are some sort of nets outside the windows, they aren't sealed and did little to keep out the mosquitoes--so I had several mosquitoes buzzing around the room all night. The toilet in the bathroom was jammed in on the side of the sink such that I had to somewhat sit sideways to use it. There were a lot of light switches, several of which didn't do anything. It was a bit of a challenge to figure out what switches controlled what (and the main ceiling light didn't work). Note my room was up a narrow staircase, if that is a concern (but, tbh, little in Venice is easy if you can't do stairs). Nothing terrible, however. Just a few minor issues.

It was decent and had a kitchenette I didn't use.

The bathroom and shower head is small but that is expected from old buildings. Things are rusty here and there.

The location is perfectly in the center of island. . Everything is in equal walking distance and there is a vapperato stop and supermarket close by. The room has some extra amenities like a small sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and some cutlery to make life a lot easier esp. if you are travelling with kids. The bathroom even has a bidet.

Excellent location close to a vaporetto stop with links to the airport as well as the main routes on the grand canal Was able to leave my luggage as I didn't leave until the afternoon, which was really helpful. Had lots of clear communication with the host before I arrived and whilst in Venice. The small kitchen facilities were useful, I used the sandwich toaster and, of course, the fridge.

Some restuarant see the tourists coming. Need to ask for price in bars and restaurants before you order.

Nicola was always very attentive and frendly. The location is good, very close to the San Stae station. I would like to have breakfast, because it's what you expect in a bed & breakfast stay. The room is very clean and calm. The bathroom is a little bit dark and the towels could be better, newer and bigger. In general, its a good cost benefit. Thank you very much, Nicola!

We did have a couple of mosquitos and the net was not up, although there was a plug-in mosquito deterrent but we only spotted it on our last morning!

Check in was made very easy by the host giving us instructions on WhatsApp. Bottled water available to buy which was very convenient. Nice to have tea/coffee making facility in room. Spacious comfy room with an authentic vibe. Great shower.

Check-in was easier than I thought. Nicola was super kind, I forgot to pay the tourist city tax and I was able to pay it later with paypal, he was very nice and understandable.
