I was there at the end of July and the room was really hot when I got there and it took around 6 hours to cool off. Also there are several floor level changes and the height of the counters is strange, they could have easily designed this a little differently to make it work better. I felt like a small child trying to reach the tabletop.

I only stayed one night as a layover, but the bathtub was so worth it. The room is right off the reception, which felt odd but was honestly not a problem at all.

The room was off the main reception so privacy was a bit of an issue. Would be nice for the ac to be left one when someone is arriving late so the room isn’t too hot.

Incredible Spa facilities. Very comfortable bed, great pillows, very clean. Amazing and friendly host.

The AC is a little loud and even after turning it off keeps at it for a good while. Be sure to turn in off some time before sleeping. City center with most interesting buildings, good restaurants and bars is about 10-20 minutes away by foot. It’s a nice walk but factor that in if its 30+ degrees outside…

Big room, great facilities and everything in perfect working condition. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Always happy to have a cha, give you recommendations and tell you about Sicily if you’re interested :) Also quiet street and comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Loved the Whirlpool.

The only issue we had was a bit of noise coming from the hallway in the morning. The doors are thin so we could sometimes hear movement outside our room.

Great location and overall a great experience. The staff were very flexible and helped us with early check in and late check out. Clean and well-equipped room.

We loved it. The tap on the sink was wobbly, but this didn’t affect its function.

There is no view, pillows are not made for my neck

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the perfect location. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was another standout feature. My room was spotless upon arrival, reflecting the attentive housekeeping staff's efforts. Throughout my stay, the commitment to hygiene and cleanliness was apparent, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. A special mention must go to Gabriele, the front desk manager. Gabriele was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with my luggage, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, Gabriele's hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The room itself was spacious, offering more than enough space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. With its perfect location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service from Gabriele, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

There really was nothing!

Perfect location, close to all the main attractions. The room was huge, beautifully and tastefully decorated. We loved the coffee machine, the very powerful shower and especially the large and super comfortable beds. We slept very well. Francesco was very helpful, arranging our massage and recommending great restaurants.

The location of the property was perfect with a car garage just outside our door and all major historical sights of interest are a short walking distance away. The area has a wide variety of restaurants, specialty shops with traditional products, and lots of local markets like the famous La Vucciria. Our room, in a renovated apartment, had a large comfortable bedroom with a bathroom and a separate space with shower and a hydro bathtub. There is daily room service with fresh towels replaced every day. The refrigerator is well stocked with all types of beverages. The staff, Giorgio, Giuseppe, and Gabriella are such pleasant and kind individuals, always ready to be of service to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough for making our sojourn so memorable. I would definitely recommend staying at Bed in Spa when visiting Palermo. I look forward to our return.

I was in room 5 and you had to use a pole to put your clothes on the rail. The cleaners can be noisy at times.

Overall it was a great stay. It would be nice if there was a bathrobe in the room and perhaps a selection of down pillows.

Gabriella at the reception is very accommodating and helpful, and the location is perfect for a city trip, it's very central and you can reach every attraction by foot. The hotel also offers lots of information about the surrounding area, restaurants, events etc. The bathtub in the bedroom is really great, very spacious and relaxing. The room was facing the courtyard so it was not too loud at night. And there is also a service of massages, which I found very nice.
