Very good location. The view over the lake in the evening on the balcony is amazing.

The room is very clean and spacious. It’s comfortable for our family of 4. Check in and out is smooth and we have a reserved parking at the back of the building. The appartement is very close to the port which we can take ferry around. There are a few restaurants nearby and small cafe/bar for breakfast.

The road in front of the villa is a little bit noisy especially during the night.

The apartment is beautiful - furnished in a modern, comfortable style but keeping with tradition and the lovely atmosphere of Lake Como. The view is incredible and the apartment is perfectly located very close to Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna (only a quick ferry ride away). The host, Lara, will immediately make you feel at home by filling the apartment with every amenity you might need, providing helpful local tips, and giving every guest a warm welcome.

Access to the parking at the rear is quite tight, so recommend hiring a small/medium car

Self catering so question about breakfast not applicable. Location was brilliant with a fabulous view over Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to cross the lake and a short walk to other restaurants.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view in a historic building, very beautiful private park, very well equipped and very clean apartment, very nice host, who gave us a lot of useful information. Supermarket, restaurants and bars, boats to Bellagio, Varenna etc. are within a (short) walking distance from the apartment.

We had a great stay, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. All necessary equipment and even more was provided. The apartment is situated directly above a restaurant, but we didn't experience any excessive disturbance.

Beautiful views of the lake. Comfortable, roomy, apartment. Very well equipped and stocked with items a traveler frequently has to run out for. The host truly made an extra effort to make us comfortable She met us on arrival and was readily available for questions and requests during our stay (restaurant reservations). The apartment is an easy walk to the ferry terminal, coffee, an outstanding restaurant, a small grocery store, and Villa Carlotta.

The bed was a little firm for my taste but fine for my husband.

The apartment was well decorated, charming and very clean. Lara was very responsive and helpful to us. We liked her very much. The view from all the rooms was great and we enjoyed the balconies. Lara sent me a lot of helpful information and tips before we arrived which helped us plan our visit to Como. We had a great meal at the Belle Isola restaurant on the ground floor of the building.

Unfortunately the historic building does not have Air Conditioning (and the weather was exceptionally hot this week) but Lara made sure we had big fans to cool us down.

This property was absolutely stunning and the view of Bellagio from the balcony was incredible! There is a small supermarket just down the street to the left when you walk out. The ferry stations are both within a couple minute walk which was very convenient. This apartment made a bucket list trip even better. The host was so thoughtful and caring. She met at the place on arrival and went over everything with us and then sent me tons of recommendations about Lake Como and the area. Her recommendations actually made our trip much better. We had a car rented and parking was very convenient and safe.

The beds were a bit hard, but other than that the apartment is very nice with nice equipment.

The apartment is lovely with a beautiful view of the Como lake. Great starting point for excursions to the small towns with ferry and for hiking. The host is very nice and helpful!

Everything was amazing.

First floor apartment on the waterfront with two balconies with amazing views overlooking Lake Como, towards Bellagio. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen. 100 metres from the Cadenabbia ferry station, so easy access to all the towns on the lake. Our host Lara met us at check in and explained everything, then checked in on us every couple of days to ask if we needed anything. A bonus was the bottle of Prosecco and snacks upon arrival, which we enjoyed on the balcony watching the sun set.

We had the most amazing time staying at this apartment. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Waking up every morning to the sight of the lake and mountains was truly a treat. Another advantage of this apartment was its fantastic location right next to the ferry and near a bus stop, which made it so easy to explore other towns in the area. What impressed us the most was how the host had thought about every detail. The apartment had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay with cozy furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday apartment. The beautiful view, attention to detail, cleanliness, great host and fantastic location made it an exceptional stay. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay at Lake Como, this apartment is the perfect choice.

The apartment is lovely with views of the lake, a close walk to the ferries that can take you across the lake to the main towns or up and down the lake, and a few doors from Villa Carlotta and some good restaurants. The host is responsive, kind, and accommodating. We were honored to be the first guest she had staying with a baby and she decided to buy a baby crib, a high chair, and small set of toys that the little one enjoyed a lot. She thought of everything else too - the apartment had everything we needed. The parking spot and garden were good too, right at the place. We were sad to leave.
