The location is great and the room was clean and good size. Every morning, Marko provided us freshely baked croissants from local bakery, which was delicious. We arrived early, but the room was ready to use. There is a direct airport shuttle nearby.

Excellent location near the tourist area and city centre. Bus stop a few minutes away. The room was spacious and clean and in a quiet street. We shall return on our next visit to Palermo.

The check-in process is a little cumbersome especially if you arrive early in the day. They are doing some rehab closeby so there was some noise during the day, but if you are not in the room during the day, it should not matter.

The Breakfast was very good. The coffee machine was a little loud, but the coffee tasted very good. The Croissants were the best we had on the whole trip (3 weeks long).

The place was spotlessly clean , roomy and comfortable. Marco met us and gave us keys and showed us how to get in, the room and the breakfast room. He provided an absolutely delicious breakfast for us and was a great host.

A lovely clean, comfortable and modern room. Location was good - an easy walk to many restaurants and bars, and also very convenient for catching the shuttle bus to the airport the following morning. Marco was also very helpful and the check-in process was easy.

Our stay at Better & Better had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and the room was clean and new, but the ongoing construction upstairs made it noisy and somewhat unpleasant. Breakfast options were limited to only sweet treats, though the pastries were fresh and enjoyable. Parking nearby, marked by blue stripes, was available, but we encountered some disturbing characters asking for money, especially after 8 pm when parking was free. It's important to be cautious of such situations. Overall, while the location and the room was good and the pastries delightful, the noise from construction and encounters with unsettling individuals detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
