The room was really clean and comfortable. I think the B&B has the best location in Cagliari, because it’s only a few minutes to walk to the museum of archeology, the cathedral and the Bastione Saint Remy. I could really recommend this B&B.

Excellent value for money. I enjoyed the modern and well styled rooms that are fairly big with great AC! Big comfy bed and in a great location. Could have happily stayed here multiple nights for the price. Lovely people to deal with.

Air conditioning broke down on the last day. Contacted the man who services the B&B but he never replied or tried to fix it. Didn't sleep at all on the last night as it was too hot

Excellent value for money . Room was modern and clean in a excellent location inside the castle walls. Had a mini bar with free wine and soft drinks which was a nice touch.

The room is very spacious, and provide basic breakfast which not every bnb has 🥹. we love the espresso machine and so many free drinks in the fridge. the host is amazing and kind, let us leave our luggage before check in time. the mattress is really comfortable and is probably my favourite of this bnb . The location is a bit of walk up to the castle area but the area is really nice, which definitely worthy the walk and you can just enjoy the area and have very good views. We like this authentic & Italian charm that there is washing line outside the window, even we didn’t really use it, luckily we face the quiet lane so not noisy at all

The location of the b&b was perfect. It was within walking distance of the city centre and restaurants. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and directed us to parking. The room was great for the one night stay. Breakfast was prepared the night before and ready to go for the morning.

It's location is difficult to find. There was no one there to let me in. Phones don't work because there's no signal so I couldn't call them. Breakfast very poor, just processed sweet foods yuch 😫

The air in the accommodation felt a bit damp, and we weren’t able to properly dry our items after a beach day. Wasn’t a problem during a short stay though.

The check-in was flexible, and we were able to leave our bags there for a day after the check-out. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Very good location in the middle of the old town.

The air-conditioner hasn't been cleaned in a while, because we looked at the inside and it was very dirty. For people with allergies (like us), it is very unfavourable. That's why we haven't turned the AC on at all during our stay. In the bathroom on the shower plate there was mildew probably because of the bad airing of the bathroom.

The breakfast was great, with a huge variety of pastries, juices, fruits and dairy products. (though it is not continental breakfast so there weren't any eggs, ham, cheese etc...).

No WiFi was available for whole stay. Despite reporting it was not fixed . No phone reception at all in the building so unable to contact anyone or receive messages . The room we were given was not the rooms shown in pictures . Smelt very damp , but if windows open then constant smell of cannabis and smoke from next door property. Had to go into street to try to get signal on phone to contact the host when issues arrived . Was helpful first day but then once we paid for room was not interested said he’s reported it to owner but not fixed .

Breakfast options okay. Suggest having bread/toaster/fresh fruit options. Fridge in both room and kitchen was warm. Bedrooms are close to breakfast area so it can be a bit loud. Suggest having larger bnb signage outside main door to locate easier.

Very nice bedroom facilities and location was central but isolated from busy traffic. Good contact with host to find bnb. Easy access to breakfast area for water throughout the day. Lovely decor.

Poor quality breakfast. Quite cold room despite air condition was on but some cold air enters in the room probably from the roof I selected a large double room but that one was not 35sqm as written down. And it s rather dangerous the upper part of the room with a sort of bed with very sharp stair. Car parking is not so close especially if you have to carry some luggages
