Great location I would stay here again - swimming pool area is lovely and breakfast delicious . The staff are helpful and friendly and booked a taxi on a number of occasions to go to the station Bedroom clean and spacious - stair carpet could do with replacing but that’s just cosmetic

Public transport was difficult to find to return from historic centre, in no way a reflection on the hotel.

For the breakfasts the hot dishes were almost cold actually. Overall everything was fine.

Great location, quite large and bright room with a beautiful sea view, pool area is clean and tidy, friendly staff ready to satisfy any wishes of guests, very nice restaurant for breakfasts with a rich offer of sweet pastries and more.

While parking may be possible, it needs to be reserved, space is very limited and like a puzzle. This could lead in the need to leave your carkey for the staff (to let other cars out), or need to wait for them to do so when you want to go out.

The location is super close to the beach and touristic areas. The rooms were good and breakfast quite diverse. The swimming pool was a good bonus for us, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Parking places are not enough for all rooms. If you did not make reservations, you should search place for your car somewhere in the city.

The view overlooked a construction site. The hotel also has a sea view balcony but I think the view is blocked by another hotel. I was not in a room with a sea view, I think this from the location of the hotel.

The hotel is really great. It is close to the sea. The breakfast is sumptuous, with a large selection. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. If we have the opportunity to return to Rimini, we will definitely choose this hotel. 😊

Basically, everything was fine, the inconveniences are minor, so we would definitely stay again. There are only a few negatives. Such as the lack of extra blankets in room , the quality of cleaning of the room… Cleaning was poor during stay, a lot of dust, not cleaned floor or cleaned bad during stay, Rubbish was left uncollected for several days; we had problems with water leaking in bathroom, so the all floor was full of bad smell water after showering; we expected bigger pool and more sunbeds near pool, sunbeds on the beach are chargeable, although the hotel gives discount vouchers

The price is way too high for the quality of the rooms. All rooms needs improvements, there is no attention to details. When paying over 170 eur/night you’d expect higher level

No way to iron your own clothes if not via a 5€ charge per item via concierge. Normally in Italian hotels there is a specific room for ironing as I understand they can’t give individual irons and iron boards. Anyway problem sorted via a nearby laundrette…

Breakfast, great choice and options. Room big spacious and the balcony is a plus. All staff on concierge full of info and very friendly especially the night concierge.
