Absolutely gorgeous place in the middle of hilly vegetation. Rome is only 22km distance and easy to reach. The room was very nice, big and very comfortable equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools. Breakfast was very complete and above standard. The room, toilet,kitchen were very well taken care of and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding. I would certainly recommend this to others!!

A lovely, quiet country location. Generous size room and squeaky clean. Great access to facilities like a full kitchen. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Easy to get to the airport. 45 min drive.

Paper thin walls, so you hear the next room clearly, especially the last patrons who kept slamming the door, as they seemed unable to lock it maybe? They yelled to one another from the bathroom, but everything else was amazing.

The hosts were wonderful and did everything they could to answer my questions. I loved the kitchen upstairs and felt free enough to cook or heat up something. Fairly close to Rome in a rental car. I couldn't seem to call the gate to open it so the owner was kind enough to lend me the clicker! On the last night I had hid my anxiety medication so well I couldn't find it when I returned, as I had an extremely long day. The owner came to help me try to find it which was sweet of him, and I wound up finding it when he left! I finally slept very well in a somewhat uncomfortable bed that night before my flight out the next afternoon. It was definitely a wonderful end to a wonderful day, and an amazing journey to Italy.

Pool was broken. We had some trouble with the coffee machine which gave us very weak coffee. We stayed only 1 night so did not bother the host with it. Gate works only if you have cell phone reception so might be hard for foreigners.

The security gate I had an Italian Sim but not for international calling which was required to open gate remotely but had to WhatsApp the accom or push the button on the gate which really wasn't a big Hassel.

The location was perfect in the countryside, outside Rome. Very clean and cozy room. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of things to choose. Eleonora did her best to please my children!

This was the perfect choice to visit Rome. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The breakfast was awesome. Not far from the house there's the Montebello train station, with very frequent trains to Rome, with a big parking place costing only 1,5 € per day. Next to the house there are good restaurants much cheaper than in Rome and much less crowded. After spending the day in a very crowded Rome, it felt so good to arrive there and enjoy the silence in a beautiful garden. I believe that the swimming pool in the Summer can be the perfect end of the day.

The location is way outside of Rome. Perfect to get out of the busy city to chill in the beautiful surrounds of the Italian countryside. A car is recommended because it is a good bit outside of Rome. Eleonora very kindly offered a service to drive us from the B&B to the train station. Highly recommended!

This was a positive surprise. When I booked an affordable room/appartement in the mountains I didn't expect a spacious, well equipped cozy home. I very much enjoyed my stay and I can't wait to come again.
