Honestly the only downside to this accommodation was figuring out that this wasn't a standard hotel room with a communal lobby (and of course, it wasn't - it's a Roman suite up three flights of stairs and at least three security pin pads. Two of the three pin pads used the code shared via WhatsApp, but the stumbling block for me was that the pin pad to get into the actual suite wasn't available until check-in, so you need to either see if earlier check-in is available or go stow your luggage and come back at the appointed hour. Either way, I loved the hotel suite as a solo traveler and would absolutely rebook. The third pin pad code was just one small logistical hiccup, and I believe it was simply me being an American traveling in Rome for the first time, most likely.

Centrally located suite. Very neat, clean, and comfortable single room. Amazing air-conditioning (a luxury let me tell you!). Lovely hot shower and excellent water pressure. Very thoughtful, kind, and prompt customer service via WhatsApp and in-person. I appreciated the ability to have earlier check in (thank you so much!).

Incredible location, just a few blocks from the Termini station so you can hop on the Metro and go anywhere. Very clean and beautiful, safe and secure. Grazie, Leo…we had a wonderful stay!

This is not a negative review, more an observation Tv was all Italian....but that is really the only thing that comes to mind.....which really wasn't an issue as you have wifi and phones for radio etc. As we were sightseeing I would go far and work back to the hotel instead of hotel and out to the furthest point. There wasn't much entertainment/bars around the hotel but that doesn't really matter as the buses stop literally around the corner. Given this, I would 100% stay there again and use transport better instead of walking. Incredibley happy with our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Comms with host was great. Quick and clear. Easy to text with. The room was bright white clean. Furnished well and the bathroom/shower was on par with chain hotels. Aircon system was really good. Chilled the room in minutes. Coffee and mini bar service was a nice touch. Maps provided were clear and informative Everything was exactly what we needed for our trip.

The location is a little bit dodgy, not the best part of the city, but it is quite convenient. And the famous gelato restaurant is just within 5 minute walk. The air con is quite loud, but the existence of it saved us from scorching hot weather. Overall, the defects didn't affect our experience.

The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities are quite new. The staff are efficient and polite. Overall the stay was satisfying.

Clean and spacious room with an air conditioner that could convert a concert hall in the Sahara into a fridge. The beds are ok, we slept very well after days walking in Rome. The room has a minibar with water and there's a coffee machine in the room (with a bunch of capsules). Bathroom is clean, equipped with shower, nice clean and hot water was plenty. There are great food options in the vicinity and the nearest tram stop is 30 meters. But even walking in 20 minutes you're under the walls of the Colosseum.

Everything was impeccable. The staff is nice and polite, the room was spotless, everything necessary was always at hand (an iron, coffee capsules, bottles of water etc.) Just 15 minute walk from Colosseo, so the location is perfect as well. Most definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our short two night stay. The room is very secure…3 digital locked doors & a final key lock. The room is on the 3rd floor..there is a lift. It’s small, but looks new & very clean. Comfy bed & decent shower. Pretty close to the train station, especially if you use the tram.

What I like less is the lack of storage space in the bathroom. The boiler, which makes very loud noises after the toilet has been drained - especially in the evening. As well as the commotion on the street, directly under the window, on Saturday night, around 1.30 am, when garbage was picked up.

White Knights Apartment was a nice, clean place to stay. It is in a residential area. The room is spacious. New equipment, coffee machine and kettle in the room. If you need more coffee/tea capsules, they are always in the hallway. Staff very friendly. No problems checking in. I was able to leave my suitcase there until I left (thanks for that!) Reliable, fast contact via WhatsApp. Location is great (11 min walk, straight from Rome Termini. Not far (about 5 min walk) is the bus/metro stop Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele. From Vittorio Emanuele you can quickly get to Ottaviano - if you want to go to the Vatican or other sights). I would stay there again. The price/performance ratio is right.

Perfect location (for me), The owner offered breakfast. All was great. I had problems getting to the hotel, (my mistake). The owner did not charge me for the taxi waiting for me at the airport. (the hotel sent driver to pick me up).

The area of the city is a long way from recommended sites, pretty run down and short on eating places and the like

Location was sketchy. Information in regards to entering building and accessing the room was only provided by whatsapp a few hours prior to arrival. Since I am not traveling with data on my phone this Information wasn't accessible. Therefore it was very stressful trying to locate the room. This information should have been provided by the owner by email when the booking was made last April. Only 1 bed was available, even though twin beds had been requested. A futon was finally made up to accommodate our request. The shower wasn't adequately fixed to the wall so that it fell apart when any adjustment to the shower head was attempted. The room was very noisy and bright from the busy streets of Rome.

The property is listed as no smoking rooms but the smell of smoke on our floor was very strong and very off putting.
