We wanted to have a earlz check in and we called to the reception. Receptionist agreed to provide the room earlier and said that its possible only if we Could be there by 12.30. We arrived at 12.00 and we did not find anyone. All was closed. So we had to wait until 16.00 to get a check in.

There is a big balcony which is good to have when you stay in Summer time. For us was not that useful as we were staying in November, so it was pretty cold. The room is good for its price, the guest kit was good. The place is guite as its far away from the road. The breakfast is good as well.

The door to the room has transparent curtains and when someone passes by they might see inside the room. Sleeping and seeing outside is a bit creepy.

It's in a nice location and the house has a Mexican style family home... It's outside the city so it's very quiet but you'd need a car to reach the location. The breakfast and the stuff was amazing.

Although check-in was advertised as 14:30-22:00 (now they changed it to 16:00-22:00), when I arrived at 16:05 there was no one at the reception until 17:00 00 and this created great discomfort for us. no WiFi.

Clean place, acceptable room/bathroom (even if the bathroom is big, the shower cabin is very small), free parking space in the yard, good food (breakfast included). No elevator for upper floor rooms. Low price which makes it an acceptable value for one night.

The road to get to the hotel needed 4x4 vehicle. The bathroom of the room was very poor. The balcony completely claustrophobic with bars and no view. Generally the whole complex slightly abandoned, with cobwebs, weeds.

Fantastic, quiet location very close to town but with a country feel. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The girl at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast very good.

Hotel doesn't have internet and that is the main reason i would not stay there anymore. Also the room has kitchen but nothing in it to use it.

The breakfast buffet is very good, but the cheese and ham were not replenished. The drive up to the farm is full of potholes.

The room looked just like the photos and the en-suite is very spacious.

400 m of access road are not asphalted and full of holes. You cannot drive more than 2-3 kph to avoid damages to tires or suspensions, especially if the car if full with people and luggage. Mosquitoes ate us alive in the rooms. The place is an obvious location for mosquitoes (countryside, swimming pool, a lot of drining water from all the AC's). Avoiding mosquitoes bites is private responsibility, but I would have found nice if the hotel informed us in advance. I don't expect that they give you stuff to repel mosquitoes (safety concern), but at least that they inform guests in advance. I would have bought a big mosquito spray beforehand. Possibly a personal preference: our two rooms had the doors on the east, so in the morning it was very bright. Dark curtains would have helped. The shutters were ok, but they left too much light it.

Given the cost of the room, the breakfast was rich and good. Room size was OK for one night sleep. The swimming pool, even if nothing special, was clean and a good bonus for very hot days. The AC in the room was working very well. A lot of parking. Very nice and helpful reception personnel (Daniela).

Great location just off the autostrada, with plenty of parking. Surrounded by fields, entered though a long lane. Comfortable quiet room with nice breakfast. We were running late on our check in. They rang to remind us that check in closed at 8. Great customer care.

The road to the house is really bumby, not car-friendly. It's an old house with no sound isolation so I could hear the guest snoring in the room upstairs and leaving early morning as the wooden floor was very loud.

A little tricky to find as it is very remote from anything. No tea/coffee in the room and, although it was available in the breakfast room off reception, it closed at 8pm hence no way to get refreshment after that.

Shower curtain moldy. Could use it. Bed went down in the middle. Mood lighting meant I couldn't see what I was doing most of the time. Need a brighter light as well.

Quiet. Quaint. Breakfast is simple but good. Throw in boiled eggs & some fruit perhaps & it would have been excellent. Safe. Secure.
