Shower had weak pressure and was hard to handle,water drain was clugged. If the elevator is out of service,prepare for a little exercise :)

The shower is very dirty and moldy on the corners. The soap dispenser is disgustingly dirty. The cleaning lady threw away some of my make up and she had touched all of my stuff!! This is not acceptable, I asked them to not clean my room on the days after the first.

The location is good, the price is also good compared to other stays in Napoli. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. The building is nice.

Very well situated! Clean and safe! High ceilings room and comfortable beds! We even received a little kit with tooth brushes and a hair brush which came very handy! Host was super nice and responded to my many messages very quickly:)

If you take the metro in- you do have to walk maybe 7 min with your luggage on cobblestone, but it's not too bad, just be prepared.

The location was right near the metro and main shopping area. We did a food tour that walked us around the area as well. Directions to get into the room were very clear and it was actually a pretty cool experience checking in. Sitting area was also aesthetically pleasing. Overall beautiful location. Also, the elevator is older so make sure that you don't put too much weight on it going up.

Accommodation is perfectly located on a side street from Via Toledo, close to the famous Galleria Umberto, as well as many cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The owners were very nice and welcoming.

Great hotel in the middle of Naples busy area. The hotel was very clean and easily accessible via a lift or stairs. The hotel was ideal for us for our 1 night stay in Naples. The air con was also really good and worked well. The hotel is in the middle of Spagnoli which is a very busy area. We got a taxi to the hotel which I would suggest is the best idea due to this being such a busy area.
