Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandA little noisy so bring ear plugs If you are a light sleeper. Otherwise you sleep like a log on the very comfortable beds.
Second time here. Staff were fantastic as we had a late check in and early check out. Helped with taxi booking and couldn't have gone smoother. Recommend them very highly. Giorgia thank you.

New ZealandA little noisy. Busy road.
Great medium size apartment ideal for pre and Post Tour stop. Glad we booked there for after the tour as well. Staff speak English and couldn't be more helpful. Know local taxi operators and the bus stop is 50m down the road which connects to metro. 1 hour into Rome and a lovely trip seeing the sights or 70 Euro by taxi. Walking g distance to local ships, supermarket and bistro and cafes.

TurkeyBorgo Castell Savelli is a very nice place to stay. It is out of Rome at Grottaferreta however it is easy to reach from city. Region is very green. If you like a quite place Borgo Castell Savelli is where you should stay. Room was well decorated, all the furnitures were new and functional, had a kitchen with all the stuff, cutlery etc., had a balcony where you can sit, eat an relax. Room was very clean and was being cleaned everyday. All management team were very nice people. Specially Sara helped and guided us about using public trasnportation options. Grottaferrata is also nice place to visit and do daily shopping which you can access in 20-25 minutes by walk. As a summary; Borgo Castell Savelli is more than perfect place to stay.

Polandthe place is so loud! you here very single car which passes by the street which is like 10m form the building (normally you shouldn't), also you hear every single noise from the neighbors above you, next to you, or in front of you. If you don't have stoppers to your ears - you're fcucked and won't fall asleep at all. It's also really cold at night at the place. The place is also SO far away from the Rome. if you don't have a car, and don't know the metro doesn't function after 9pm it takes almost 3 hrs to get there by public transport. The bus stop is scary - there's no people or house close, and it's really dark.
i got free coffee and fee juice in the morning (no breakfast option) and it was really easy to check-in - they sent an email with video

ItalyThe kitchenette was barely usable. There was basic cutlery but no large knives, spoons, etc. The water boiler had a weird crust inside. No microwave, which would have helped a lot. No dish towels. The sofa bed took up the entire ground floor and was not very comfortable. The only light in the tiny bathroom flickered off and on. There was black mold along the base of the shower that was just covered up with copious amounts of white silicone. The emergency bell cord in the shower was stuck to the shower wall and was black. For this price, and based on the photos, I expected something a little nicer, not luxury, but a little more space and no mold.
The location was very good for what we needed. The air conditioning worked well though it took a little bit to understand how to make it work. The room/apartment was quiet at night. Towels were thick and fluffy and replaced daily. The staff was courteous and helpful, and communicated well.
