From the Cleaning staff, breakfast staff, waiting staff, chef, barman and reception staff all were extremely helpful a joy to speak with, the restaurant was the best food we have had during our many visits to Italy, we were lucky enough to attend a cocktail and food matching evening which was outstanding, if you want a proper relaxing enjoyable break this is the place for you. We will definitely return.

The picture on booking.com didn’t represent the room that we got. and based on the pictures we had expected an appartment in Ground floor and got one in first floor.

Beautiful settings, gardens, flowers and the restaurant was so beautiful. Nice pool, Family friendly.

Lack of signal and dependency on WiFi- It’s not a bad think when you want to relax, but make sure to remember it when planning to work from there.

It’s a trully fantastic place! We spent 4 days there, but wish we stayed longer!

A little outdated. Wifi is not great and no celular data service. A little difficult to check in and out as office has limited hours.

Cozy tuscan villas with an authentic feel. Apartment was spacious, and the restaurant onsite is fabulous. Location is great, many nearby places to explore.

The rooms we stayed in was quite dark and even in the morning we did not get much sunlight. And the pillows were weird, very hard, and did not feel comfortable to both of us, so in general we did not sleep too well, but that maybe is a matter of preference.

we just loved the place. Huge area with beautiful architecture, amazing gardens, and a tuscan feel. There are two big swimming pools, good sunbeds and a shower. The restaurant Casa Masi is very unique and you def need to book a table there during your stay. Both food and interior are lovely. The room we were staying in was nice although quite dark, and that was our only drawback. The breakfast was nice, for salty option there were boiled eggs, cheese, ham and tomatoes with cucumber salat that was the best we ate in Italy! There are plenty of funny cats all over the place, the staff was nice and helpful, the area felt relaxing and quiet. It is close to San Gimignano, and Volterra, and many other pretty places. We would definitely come back there!

Real tuscan look and feel! Well maintained property, good swimming pools, good appartment! Kitchen is also typical Italian, countertop is a bit low 😀 Restaurant on the property, Casa Masi: that is how food looks and tastes in a Italian dream. Fanatastic quality, very professional staff, huge wine list…

One aspect that could be improved upon is the internet connection and phone signals. Unfortunately, they were quite weak, and at times, nonexistent. It's advisable to ensure you have a reliable internet connection before your visit. Additionally, in the evenings, the internet speed could be quite slow, posing occasional difficulties. Despite this minor setback, my four-day stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. Every minute was enjoyable, and the ambiance made me feel right at home. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Borgo San Benedetto has a stunning garden filled with vibrant flowers and lemon trees. The beauty of the surroundings truly added to the overall charm of the place. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant conveniently located next to the rooms. However, it's important to note that making a reservation in advance is crucial as the restaurant tends to be fully booked on most days.

in the heart of Toscana with great atmosphere .maximum 1 hour drive from all the important places .rooms are nice ,bigger than we expected and clean. there is a nice restaurant at the place for breakfast and dinner . stuff is super friendly and helpful

No phone connection so you have to rely on the poor Wi-Fi provided. A mad dog kept me awake a couple of nights barking (seriously non stop from 2-5am. kudos to the dog for stamina)

all around classy. the garden with 2 pools is excellent and the restaurant is really really good (remember to book, it’s popular with good reason)

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! We loved every moment and I wish I could have stayed longer. I especially liked that the yard area was large and well maintained and the old houses and decor were beautiful. In addition hosts were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great experience:)

Both a plus and a minus is that you are out of reach of gms transmitter masts, so connectedness is exclusively through (good!) wifi.

The place is small paradise. We rented an apartment that was full of character; all details were taken care of. The restaurant was very good. Very friendly staff and a hardworking, personally involved owner.
