Sheets don't stay on mattress maybe the size is wrong or the elastic band is worn 🤔 but however sheets were nice and soft

Stuff was super helpful. Good beds and clean place . There was even a little kitchen where we had breakfast made by the stuff .

The only negative I would say is be to aware of the people in the neighborhood, If coming from the main Rome termini station, be very aware as these people are not Italian and it is a known pick pocket area. were found that if we used the Vittorio Emanuele station on metro A line and exit by the park, then you are able to avoid all of these types of people, especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this BnB. The host was very accommodating and friendly, We were able to drop our bags off before the check in time. Fresh pastries from a bakery were served with breakfast everyday, Beds were ultra comfortable and all facilities were very modern and secure. would defiantly recommenced and stay here again. The BnB is also a short 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum and close to other attractions within the city of Rome. The last positive to add is that the internet is over 500 Mbps and there is a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube etc....

Perhaps the nightlife in the neighbourhood was not very pleasant, but that is not a problem of the accommodation.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of tips about Rome. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. I would book this room again.

Elevator is pretty small,

**5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** We stayed at "Bretone XI B&B" in Rome, Italy 🇮🇹 from 29 Nov - 1 Dec, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was very comfortable and welcoming. Our host was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made our stay even better. The room and washroom were impeccably clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were well-maintained and decent. One of the best parts was the location – the Rome Colosseum was within walking distance, as was a beautiful park and the main train station. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this B&B to couples looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

For 4-days we had NO TV in English, all Italian. Four keys to get into the building and room, one key didn't work, we had to wait in the cold until another tenant arrived to let us into the building three times! Our host warned us about the neighborhood, to be careful and not wear jewelry, do not carry money, only one credit card for safety! Getting luggage up and down three floors was a problem! We are elderly, 90 and 80 years old!🤗

The B&B was very clean, decorated very nicely, the host was very good, always on time to make our breakfast! The room and bath are very comfortable.

The firestick in our TV didn't work so only TV options were a select Italian chanels, but this did not impact our stay in the slightest.

The owner is very attentive to needs, always returned to a spotless room, location is great very short walk to the metro. Breakfast is continental with pastries and coffee. When I return to Rome I would definetly book Bretone XI again

The park nearby doesn't look too safe at night, but it might be my impression.

Very clean, host was accommodating and had fresh coffee and croissants each morning. Felt safe in the building with three locked areas before getting to your room. Close to metro station! We could walk to restaurants.

The area was not very safe, especially at night. Very close to the train/subway station but definitely somewhere tourist should be careful in.

The apartment was secured well, gated with keys for every entryway, and had elevators, which helped with our luggage . The apartment was clean and neat and everything worked properly. The host was very informative and spoke English well. We did not get to try the breakfast but they do provide breakfast included in your price at around 0800 hrs.

It is a slight walk into the main centre part of Rome but the host was so helpful to highlight the route in and there’s lots of places to stop for breakfast on the way / scooters back to the hotel!

Great location and easy to get to from train station. Well priced and quick serviced laundry across the road (pay by the bag). Plus the oldest and cheapest gelato place on the neighbouring street. Elevator handy to transport luggage. The two bedroom room apartment is tight but it’s just a room to sleep in. Two excellent air conditions are provided snd they are needed in the Rome heat. Breakfast is pastries and yogurts, with pre-sliced meat and cheese. Owners makes stove top coffee. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet once windows closed.

The lift stops at half height, which can be a problem for larger trunks, but it didn't detract from the experience. Our other fear was that the room opened directly from the kitchen. We were afraid that if we slept longer it would be noisy at breakfast. Fortunately, there was none of that, the host arrived at 7am to prepare breakfast, but he did it so quietly that we didn't hear him once. So that was no problem either.

The accommodation is easily accessible. The room was very nice. The host is very nice and helpful. We loved it!
