We used the hotel as a 7 hour stop to rest and sleep in our journey to Florence. We arrived at 2:30 pm and the guy that was in the reception was aggressive without any reason. We checked in we opened the air condition because it was hot inside the room but it wasn’t working. We opened the window but bugs kept all night getting in and disturbing us. We didn’t slept more than 2 hours! In the corners if the toilet spiderwebs were chilling. Don’t recommend!

We requested a large bed and they give us two beds close to each other with two mattresses, at night you fall between them, the wall had stains, the blanket had stains, the window had bug guts on it, we had a lot of dead bugs outside the window. The blanket was placed between two sheets and was tucked into the bed under the mattress, when you tried to take it out to cover yourself, the whole bed unfolded. The bathroom was horrible, if you want to flush the toilet, nothing was going down, nothing, even the toilet paper. Shower was bad aswell it was a shower cabin without a door, and it was thigt. The shower head was poorly made, if you turn on the water at maxed flow it spills everywhere in the bathroom. The room was small and you can hear clearly if someone is speaking on the hall or the neighbors room.

Very basic for the price. Two single beds were joined together which was uncomfortable, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Wi-Fi didn’t work very well. It was a little far away from the airport so still needed a taxi. The bathroom was also in a poor state.

Our room was small, but acceptable. However, the blind could not be pulled down and as we were at the front of the hotel, we could not sleep - the lights at the front of the hotel are on all night and extremely powerful this has obviously had very adverse effects on us! We are elderly. Unfortunately there was no way of contacting anyone in the hotel as there are no phones in the room. My husband suffers from dementia so if I had dressed and gone to reception I would have had to take him with me as he cannot cope alone! Our taxi was not on time in the morning and I feel strongly there should be a seated area for guests to wait in comfort - especially elderly or infirm!

very small room, but as expected, and we were 3 people (3 twins) with no wiggle room to speak of, but that's all we expected. the wifi only worked in the lobby. the bathroom had no hot water or shower curtain. we were very close to the smoking porch, so had to smell that a bunch- which i hate. teeny elevator, but that's europe. at least the stairway was nice- beautiful granite and very wide, so we used that a bunch. beds weren't very comfy, but that's ok, i couldn't sleep anyway, anxious about the next day of travel. the fridge didn't work, so that was a bummer. it actually was warmer inside the fridge than in the room. and no ice machine! what? i'm blessed with that, in america... no on-site food or snacks, really. or lobby. weird place, but does the job. luckily, the windows opened very widely and we could air out our room and enjoy the top-floor sunset view.... overlooking yucky buildings/commercial area- but at least fresh air!

near airport- only 5 minute drive, that was the reason we chose it. best part was the dinner we had close-by at EMI's hotel- amazing food, service, and ambience, and got us out a nice 10 minute walk to and from the hotel!

Would not recommend even for one night. Not worth the money. We traveled from afar to come to the airport in the morning without any problems, but having warned about the late arrival, later we did not get help in how to get from the airport, no one answered. There was a bug on the bed, another one flying loudly in the night, the room is terribly cold and no warm blankets and quite empty. There is only a summer shower, which closes only halfway. The only way to get to the airport is by car. I ask the hotel to give more information to visitors about this and to be more open, to inform about everything themselves. The man at reception did not seem interested in the guests. Very weak...

In my room there was no signal at all and the wifi didn't work. So no internet. The shower was fixed in the wall on top of my head, so it was impossible to take a shower without washing my hair as well. And the shower box is so small that you can't just go under the water with your body and keep the head off and dry. I booked a single bed room and the bed was very narrow, i haven't seen such a small bed since the 80's.

The room and in general the hotel were clean! The lady at the reception was polite and welcoming. The place itself is very basic, but comfortable.

The room was dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and there were many stains on the walls, also looked like it had a problem with fluid. I heard my neighbours until 2am, I could hear everything they were saying. The last picture I added is one from in the city, not the hotel.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working whatsoever, in fact hot air was blowing into the room. It meant a disastrous night's sleep. Considering this is an airport budget hotel which people use for early flights, I would say this room totally didn't deliver on what we needed. We stayed here to shave an hour off the travel time in the morning, but we lost so many more hours due to the sweltering heat and subsequent lack of sleep. It really had a knock-on impact on our trip.

Well, let's start with the fact that the staff didn't even bother greeting me on the arrival. Also, there is no food available at the hotel at all and when I've asked where I could eat, they just waved hands saying ten minutes walk, not even realising that I'm not a local and I need a better directions and guidance. At least the name of the restaurant or place to eat that they are referring to. I get it I could search on Google but Google showed that all the near places are closed for food. Then they also didn't even know the taxi prices and gave inaccurate information on that. The room was super scary and I almost thought it is with bed bugs, that's how uncomfortable it was and looked. You're given only one towel rather than a face towel hands towel and bath towel that you usually would get in normal hotels. And the biggest disappointment was the location as I thought it will be a walking distance but turned out the only road to this hotel is the highway road. So, without a pedestrian path. That was not mentioned on the description at all. AC in the room is super old and felt like there is no air-conditioning at all.

Not sure if there was anything I liked. Probably the only good thing was that they managed to book a taxi for me.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and a short walk from Centauro where we were hiring a car the next morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. We hadn't included breakfast in our booking but we were able to pay for it the following morning - only 5 euros each for a good selection of buffet items and a decent cup of coffee. If you are hiring a car from nearby or arriving in Bologna very late, this is a great hotel.

The stuff is unpleasant. Without warning they copied our ids instead of writing down necessary data for registration which many people might prefer. On our comment that it should not be needed, they told us that we are free to go as we already paid and where the copies were already done. During the night there was an alarm activated which was on for nearly 30min and they were not able to deactivate. We could not sleep because of that.

I booked this room so me and my partner could stay overnight before an early flight. Problem was that due to some unforeseen circumstances we arrived quite late to the airport at night before we could get to the hotel. Google maps advised it to be a 20-30 minute walk from Bologna Airport, but this wasn't possible because it recommended us to walk over the highway. As such, we called the hotel because we couldn't find a taxi and were having trouble getting to the hotel. The staff member who picked up was very rude. He was obviously watching TV (hearable in the background) and didn't even turn down the volume. Instead he yelled and cursed at us and hung up the phone without even trying to help. I will not recommend you to ever stay at this hotel. They only want your money and literally rely on visitors who just want to stay a night for their flights but don't put in any efforts to be an actual decent hotel. Not worth the money. Their staff is very unwelcoming and I would definitely prefer sleeping under a bridge than in this hotel again.
