The apartment is old, not well furnished/decorated (it seemed used and very old furniture, of poor quality, really cheap). The apartment was not bright and did not have a nice view from the windows, which were small and overlooked walls or inner courtyards. I wasn't happy with the way the apartment was organized, because you reached it through narrow corridors and it looked as if it had once been a basement. Finally, it was not perfectly clean, with insects like ants in the bathroom. The worst thing was the price: 120 Euro per night (if you're alone like myself) for all the problems above is really too much.

The staff was kind and the location was perfect (100 meters from Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore). The apartment a two-floor and was big for just one person (2 rooms, one living room/kitchen and a bedroom with 4 beds, connected by stairs).

The property was near the roma termini and metro station. The staff are friendly and nice , they have a very cute dog. They can give breakfast early when requested if you are leaving early around 4-5 am , they leave it in your room so you can have them before leaving. The place can be recommended to friends.

Our room was next to security/owner I think, and the door noise occasionally disturbed our sleep, though this may only be an issue in the first room. There’s some night noise, so light sleepers may want to prepare, and an extra warm blanket would have been a nice addition.

I enjoyed the location; the administration was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was simple yet delightful. Many tourist attractions are nearby and within walking distance. Balcony was a great plus as well!

The room is very small

The location is the best feature. The metro is a 2 minute walk, buses are in the street, places to eat are everywhere nearby. The hosts are delightful people.

Very clean, very convenient. 7 minutes walking to Roma Termini train station. 15 minutes waiting to Colosseo. Nice breakfast. Owner and staff are very friendly.

There was no USB charger.

The hotel is very near Roma Termini station. Very handy especially coming from & going to the airport. The breakfast was nice and the table looked pretty.

The maisonette was spread over 2 different floors so we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Only the bedroom had air conditioning so the rest of the apartment was very hot. There was only one fan so we had to bring it up and downstairs as needed.

The location and the fact that we had the maisonette apartment gave us some more space. The breakfast was very nice.

So its a problem in all Rome, but the streets are noisy even at night:) Bare with it, we took earplug! You can shut the window and its cancel the noises well.

Breakfast was okay, and the location is just perfect. 10 minutes walk from termini, 20 minutes walk from the colosseum and forum. Room is perfectly spaceful for two people. Others said that the neighborhood is not safe, but we (two woman) had no problems at night. Staff was super kind, and we miss the little puppy Pipa:D

It’s ground floor property and most photos were from renovated rooms. The photos didn’t show the actual apartment, it is old and requires renovation. The hot water temperature is not stable and jumps all the time.

The location is great, very close from Termini. The room had a nice balcony and we could see Santa Maria Maggiore from it. It was good to have breakfast to start the day.
