The carpet outside our room had been cleaned using what seemed like a chemical shampoo - it was extremely strong.

These are only minor niggles: because of the hotel's excellent city centre location, it is also surrounded by bars and restaurants. At weekends particularly, they attract noisy crowds Unfortunately, they can be also be heard in the bedroom and their enjoyment is shared until very late. The breakfast room is small and can get crowded easily so choose breakfast time!

A pleasant little hotel with a good value, comfortable room with efficient bathroom. Location is excellent for the city centre and restaurants. However, see comment below about noise. Breakfast is good but also see comment below about the busy times.

the AC didn’t work that great so we ended up opening the windows. if it’s super hot you may notice it. there might be noise outside at night but that’s the cost of the location. they put out espresso but only at night and remove it at 7 am.

fantastic location. nice well appointed bathroom. nice, helpful staff. cute public decor, handy that there’s an extra bathroom on the floor for guests. The room had an AC unit and a TV. we enjoyed watching Italian TV. they held our luggage for a couple hours on our last day. we got the room for 4 and it worked out well. room had a desk and closets with hangers.

Room was rather small and dark but then we had booked an economy double so I guess to be expected.

Hotel was excellently situated for the old town and a 15 minute walk from the train. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A little noisy from other guests in the hall "lounge area" and air conditioning/laundry room during the night.

Nice hotel right in City Centre. Ask for room in inner garden. Very friendly host and personnel. Dog was most welcome.

The location is just perfect in the heart of the city with an electric car charging point right in front. The rooms are large, comfortable and well kitted out. The toiletries smell amazing. The breakfast is reasonably priced though a rather basic spread. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Valentina checked us in and was so available and helpful throughout our stay.

Maybe, the lighting fixtures, a bit outdated, but it's just my personal taste. Nothing else really.

Location, located a literally couple of steps away from every main spot in town, you don't need to catch buses or taxies to go enywhere in town. Great breakfast!!

There was no option to cool the room other than turning off the heating and opening the window. With the window open the noise level left something to be desired.

rooms decoration is a bit old fashioned but the rooms are very clean.

Location is excellent to walk around in Parma. Common area are very cool with a nice colour palette and baroque style.

If you're driving, it's very difficult to get between the hotel and the car park. The location is great for access to the city but it's very noisy at night. Bring your earplugs. This was the only hotel that charged extra for breakfast.

The best thing about the hotel is the location in the old city and near everything. The breakfast was very good but was not included in the rate.
