The hotel transfer was far too expensive for a 6 minutes drive to the airport I was charged £30 round trip.

Fantastic communication from Alessia the host through whatsapp. She made sure I was ok.

It was very hard to find the location at night, The street name split for 2 streets same name, so Google maps by Booking.com can't find the exactly location ask from the host the exact Google maps location. Pillows are not comfortable, very weak water flow in the shower. Breakfast is very basic. Good coffee.

You can use the airport free shuttle bus to arrive, then 7 minutes walk but ask for exact Google maps location from the host. Clean place. Good coffee.

Breakfast was very poor. Milk, yogurt, corn-flex jam/chocolate, coffee or tea. No fruits and vegetables. If you are renting apartment with kids - be ready to buy something for them.

Very good location. Free shuttle from Malpensa airport T1. From bus stop takes 3 minutes by foot. Clean. There is an free parking. Kitchen with coffee machine and fridge, but shared (for 2 rooms).

Pillows were uncomfy: they seemed too big thus hurting the neck.

The place had everything what people in transit flights need, there were even toothbrushes and snacks.

owner needs to work on her communication skills; felt like she wanted me to leave earlier in the morning than what was on the booking; too many irrelevant questions there is no breakfast, or at least not in the sense that most people expect; there is a small coffee machine and few cookies and commercial cornetti, but that’s about it.

The only feedback would be to add colour codes or labels to the keys, as I spent a while fumbling with them in the dark! Otherwise everything was perfect.

I stayed here on a long layover between flights. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, much nicer than I expected given the price! The host also accommodated dietary needs and provided a gluten free breakfast, which I really appreciated. They were very quick to communicate (in English as well, which was great because I don't speak Italian). Overall I really recommend staying here.

When you arrive late the heating is already off, and you don't have control of it.

We stayed for only a single night because our flight landed at very late night. Allisa sent us a driver to pick us up from the Malpensa airport, the distance is approx. 8-10 min. We got 2 rooms which were very comfortable and clean, with a large space, with king-sized beds, with mineral water, some sweets, toothbrushes... Allisa was very kind and helped us with an issue even though it was at a very late hour. The price isn't the cheapest but it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Very close to the Airport so I was very happy about that! in fact I didn't took any bus or taxi but I walk easily in 15-20 minutes max to the Airport!

A little hard to find but easy with navigation or google. (There is no one on site so need instructions to access, through a lock box arrangement. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we both had a great nights sleep all the same. We felt a little uncomfortable because there did not appear to be smoke alarms fitted as a minimum. (unless i could not see them)

We liked everything. We were very surprised as to how well the apartment was presented. It took around 10 minutes to drive to the airport on departure. The apartment and car park were very secure, with a padlocked gate and rooms with good locks. The shared kitchen had every possible appliance with a wonderful self help breakfast. There is a separate shower with soap, shampoo and big fluffy towels.

So many lovely, thoughtful touches! It was a delight to walk into our room late at night after our flight arrived at Malpensa. Excellent communication gave us clear instructions of how to find the free shuttle bus and get into the room. Lovely breakfast laid out for us to take our pick. Very comfortable beds and a lovely, modern bathroom with a powerful rain shower.

It was a little confusing getting to the location but well worth the effort.

This place is a Hidden Gem if you are looking for some place near the airport. We were two couples traveling together and had the two upstairs room with a common area. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area with a bottle of wine on our last night in Italy. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed dinner at Samarcanda and had a great dinner at a reasonable price,

The property is not that close to the terminal. Either half an hour walk or the free airport shuttle and another 10-15 minutes walking, which might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage as there is no sidewalk along the entire way. If you arrive by car then this property becomes a much better option...

Communication with the owner was great and helpful. The room was convenient. Free private parking is a great bonus.

The question about the shuttle, it looks like the hotel shuttle is an extern question and it is very confusing.

After an experience that I thought everything should go wrong same one ended very well. I had booked a paid shuttle but that one was extern and had nothing to do with the hotel and I thought that at midnight I had to take a táxi and try to get my way to my hotel room. But everything was alright and I found very late my hotel room. The local where the hotel stays is very desert and ugly, you would never say that an hotel is staying there. But there are more in that local. I must say that was a nice surprise when I saw my hotel room as it was classy! Totally different from the outside! All clean and bright, that was super!Thank you for this surprise!

The mattress was very soft (fine for some but we prefer a harder mattress) and we were woken up in the night by other guests leaving - I assume to go to the airport.

Location is great if you need to be near Malpensa airport, but better if you have a car in case you get there or leave at odd hours. The host has been very helpful under the circumstances and answered all our needs. The place is super clean and very well designed, with lots of attention to details. We didn't have time for breakfast but the set up is really beautiful and very inviting. I highly recommend the place and have nothing negative to say except if you have to walk up the steps with heavy suitcases, it would be a challenge. Overall an amazing experience and looks better than the images you see online.

everything is perfect in this spotless clean and bright room. Excellent to stay before or after a flight, a free shuttle bus brings you to and from the airport in few minutes. Private parking, breakfast , terras and garden, absolutely recommended.
