I would have given a 10 if the WiFi had worked and if they had announced me earlier how to proceed with having the breakfast because I missed it in the first morning

The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. I like a the location, close to the historic center and especially to via Roma and the Opera house. The possibility to have breakfast for free in a nearby cafe is a good addition.

clogged shower, you have to wait for the water to drain while showering breakfast is not worth it, you go to a cafe that is not very close and only get a coffee and a pastry so you can buy it yourself for less money

Staff, especially cara Noemi was very nice and friendly. The location is very central to walk. Of course you need to consider pros and cons if you want to stay central.

We could not find parking on the street. We found a nearby garage but that cost 20 euros. It had an elevator.

The air conditioner in our room was great in very hot weather. It was located near the old town.

A chair or two on the balcony would be nice :) breakfast is at a bar but we didn't mind it since we prefer to sit outside anyway. Might be a hassle in winter, though.

is a nice place but it can be renovated to be better. You can hear the people that is having coffee or the noise from outside in the morning.

The host was very kind, the hotel is good, is just the room that needs better light , the breakfast was ok .

Very nice B&B. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There is a room where you can make tea and coffee although you need to purchase your own milk. The room was cleaned every day. The price paid for 3 night was very reasonable. All in all cannot really find anything to moan about.

Communication through Booking and WhatsApp was not the best with them, as "Marco" didn't reply to the message. Good that the lady was there at the reception.

The room is spacious, nice and close to the center. The bathroom is very nice. They also had some soap and body shampoo in the bathroom. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was included but it was in a nearby cafe which was not ideal, we had to pay extra for some items. The doors and windows are not sound proof so it can get noisy especially if you face the busy street or are near the reception area.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, you can walk to almost all of the major landmarks in the city.

Some rooms are close to the streets, so there is some occasional noise at night, but not terrible.

There is a common room where you can hang out, leave your stuff. The personnel and the owner were very kind. The breakfast was in a nearby bar, very good.

We were provided guidance from Noemi since our arrival at the hotel. She gave us also useful tips for dining. The hotel is very central, 6 min from Teatro Massimo walking distance.
