The mattress is not that comfy.

It is a very nice looking property, the ladies at the reception helped us to deposit safely our baggage’s before the check-in time. There is a nice area to sit and the view from the window is very relaxing. The shower had good pressure and was warm instantly.

The strong smell of disinfectant in the building, despite it could prove the place is deeply cleaned.

The place is very quiet, the room was big, clean and warm. The staff was also nice they, provided us with some additional towels and some nice suggestions about restaurants nearby. Location is amazing, close to Santo Spirito and the historic center

Priced well for budget travellers and community groups, so understandably the facilities are simple. Just one pillow provided for each bed, however there are extra blankets if needed. Bathroom basic but clean.

Amazing Heritage building dating from the Italian Renaissance, well maintained, wonderful location, stunning outlook, spotlessly clean. Despite a midwinter cold snap, the building and our room were warm and cozy.

Quite noisy at night. Lots of banging . Had a blocked drain in the shower which flooded the bathroom. Took 2 discussions to rectify it. No kettle in the room, however there was a vending machine nearby to our room.

The location is great, walking distance to all the things we want to visit, and lots of restaurants around the neighbourhood. Nice place, clean and quiet at nights. It's about 19 mins walk from the train station. There is a taxi stand just outside the station but we preferred to walk and explore. Enjoy your stay!

The room is very outdated and it doesn’t look as nice as in the pictures. It gets quite noisy outside as it’s a street with a lot of cars. The bathroom was quite dark so a bit tricky at times. I find it expensive for what it is but truth is I’m not sure there are many better options for this price level sadly.

Location was great, staff was kind and they would promptly come to the room in case it was needed. They would tidy the room daily which was also nice. It had the option for both fan and AC which was great.

Great checkin - did it remote and followed up the next morning in person with convenient flexibility around checkin times/ remote checkout if needed. It was all very clear and without a hitch. There is a lift and stairs so no problem getting to different floors with luggage. Area felt safe and was a good distance from centre withouth feeling too central and about 20min walk from station with cases. Staff were very helpful and informed, thanks!

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were basic but clean. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Close to all the major attractions but far enough away for it to be quiet. Nice little restaurants and cafes along the street.

Noise from upper floors.

The elevator was very slow.

There's only one electric socket so I have to unplug the fridge to use the other one. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed by a member of the staff who explained clearly everything and processed our check-in with ease. For me, the room was calm, very clean, spacious, even with mini refrigerator, towels and mini toiletries included. We appreciated the location of the AC, not directed straight to the bed. Overall, I find it as a very fairly priced and accommodating place to stay in Firenze. Thank you!

The location was far from center. We only had 3 towels but we were 4.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with our needs. They also arranged a new bedroom on the first floor because we had the kids and a lot of bags. The room was wide.

Beds are below average.Also sound proofing was non existing . Early every morning at 6 am the sound from the garbage truck in the street was really very disturbing .

Nothing for the room apart from a/c that did not cool the room quickly, the ceiling fan in the room has helped.. One thing I can comment, the location was a bit out of the way from the centre so not recommending to go on foot during the summer time as it is a 20 minute walk. Additionally, we,re compose of 2 families in our group with kids, in one of our group, we complained about the noise during the early hours of evening, we know there’s an advise by reception to keep noise low but neighbours dont want to adhere,I suppose there can be improvements on this not sure.

The room was up to our standards, The bed was very comfortable, there was a good feeling of Italian culture around the hotel. The room was clean and has a nice refreshing smell. Nice acoomodating staff and very informative of the nice places to see when in Florence.Staff was very apologetic when we complained about the noise.

There were ants in the room, we informed the personnel but we are not sure if they did something because the ants remained for the 3 nights in which we stayed. We arrived in the night and we did a self check in, but then we were informed that we had to do the proper check in in the next morning, but it wasn't clear enough from the begining, so we had to go to a museum reservation and then come back to the hotel to do it, maybe if we had known it before it would be better.
