Quite noisy - allot of noise & slamming of doors early in the morning (can only assume it was the cleaning staff).

the only bad thing I would say is there is no air con. just a ceiling fan so the rooms were VERY hot at night. slept with no duvet so I ended up being eaten alive by mosquitoes

Holes for the prongs in the power sockets were very narrow - must be an Italian variation of European socket. Essentially, if the plug on your device had plastic prongs with metal tip - they would fit into socket just fine. If the prongs are full-metal - they're too thick to insert. I was unable to use my phone charger, and had to use partner's - please make sure to have adequate adapters before visiting.

Location >>> great location, within 10 minute walk from city center and tourist attractions, easy access to property. Value for money >>> cheap and convenient, doesn't blow your socks off, but a great place to stay, if all you're looking for is a place to crash at night.

This booking shows you beautiful gardens that you don’t see when you arrive at the place and can’t have access. One of the reasons why I choose this place, was the gardens.

Nobody cleaned the room, during the three days we stayed there. I knew it was a BB but at least someone could take the toilette rubbish.

The place is so noisy, apparently every afternoon there is an orphanage nearby that plays loud music and children scream. When I went to the reception to find out what it was they said they were quiet at night, not a satisfactory answer! You can't rest after a tiring day with a lot of walking. Disappointment!

Check in was a bit complicated. It takes too long for the water to get heated. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a ceiling fan. No bidet.

Just to warn you there are no safes in the room our room was in a lift up 2 flights of stairs and walk across to other side of the hotel. To be honest it's one step up from a hostel. No drinks facilities in the room you have to go to a drinks machine down the stairs. There was always at least 1 person hanging around the entrance. We were up early 8am and came back about 5pm as we like a wee snooze before we go to eat this was not possible with loads of teenagers playing loud music that went on till around 6.30pmish so we could not sleep the beds are rock hard. Painfull for my mum to lye on. I definitely would not rebook for some reason it will not let me upload the video of the load music the kids were playing right outside

It was so authentically Italian it was like walking into history it was so lovely. In such a nice area close to everything, most things are just a walk away so convenient. Staff was so nice and helpful too

the only thing that was a little disappointing was the condition of the bathroom, the renovation should be updated a little

very good and friendly hotel staff, every question was solved very quickly and easily, there is a very convenient and free service at the hotel, such as a storage room for things or luggage, if you check out of the hotel at 10, and your bus leaves at 10 p.m.

The room was very cramped, dated decor, no iron, no tea or coffee making facilities. The air conditioning didn’t work. I have travelled through Italy and this was the worse room we’d stayed in for the money.

The location was just across the river, making it easy to access the centre and only 15 minute walk from the train station. Although there was a bus which dropped you right outside if you didn’t want to walk. We arrived early and were allowed to check in.
