Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely view from our room, overlooking the pool. Didn't use the pool but looked nice and clean. Good cjoice at breakfast. Staff were really helpful and organised us a taxi back to the airport. Good location from town, just 10 minute walk along the lake.

It’s on a really busy main road. To get anywhere you have to walk along the main road and there’s no pavement. Very scary with kids!!!

Arriving late in a rainy night, it took us some time to enter the reception area which was deserted. It took us 15 minutes to get into our room
Good selection breakfast, comfortable and clean room, very helpful staff which helped us get a suitable room

The only thing was that the check out time, which is till 10:00 and the breakfast finishes at 10:00 so it would be nice if at least you have one hour in between.
The place was cleaned, the staff were really friendly, kind and helpful all the time. The location was good too, near to the lake (walking around 5 min) and family friendly.

A short walk from the city center but prefer to be closer to all that’s happening in the center and along the water.

No Tea & Coffee making facilities or bottled water in room. Pillows (hard) and bedding (rough and coarse) making sleeping really uncomfortable. Complimentary toiletries not replenished.
Location of hotel perfect for Bardolino - hotel exceptionally clean, basic breakfast, nice balcony, friendly staff.

Breakfast choises & diverserity! Room doors are closing very loud!

Bed was a little uncomfortable, did have to ask for extra pillows as only one was provided per person

Nice Hotel very close to the center. Plenty of parking space and nice breakfast Also we stayed in the building with the reception which is a lot more quiet than the other one

The hotel was really flexible. We announced that unfortunately we would arrive late. Therefore they told me the entry code for the parking lot in advance and provided the room's keys at the reception. The next day we could even use a shower in the common area of the hotel after doing a cycling tour after the check out.

unfortunately the wifi didn’t reach to our room and we would have liked some tea/coffee making facilities in the room. it would also have been nice to have an outside light for the balcony in the evening.
the pool and pool area were good and it was only a short walk (10mins) into the centre of bardolino. everything was clean and breakfast was good. the hotel was accommodating - we asked to move to a ground floor room with balcony due to us having small children with us and they arranged this for us. the room was very comfortable, there was a fridge in the room which was good, and staff were friendly. having a free car park was also very helpful.
