We had an apartment and had problem to lock the bathroom. Also the piece of wood on the side door of the bathroom was damaged. We did not consume the kitchen since it took more than 40 mins to boil a small pot of water (not even boiling).

The pool was good but it was a bit cold to swim in September. Breakfast could be improved to add i.e.boiled eggs and sausages and reduce a bit the desserts. It is a short walk to the beach and the view is lovely. WiFi was great and beds were comfortable. Car park is available.

The small kitchen in the apartment should have newer specification appliances with instruction manuals for ease of use and promote safe use. The fridge door required a lower shelf for milk and wine bottles. All was manageable but could have been improved.

The staff were amazing from reception, pool bar, breakfast service, room cleaning and the lifeguards. Nothing was too much trouble and all were very accommodating when dealing with the language barrier. The hotel was very clean and the room was serviced daily. The location on Lido de Camaiore was great. All the beach restaurants and beach areas were of similar service, with excellent staff and very good food.

Our apartment was a little underwhelming, basic - for the money we were expecting something a little more refined. The bathroom had damaged fittings, the shower tap surround was hanging off, there was a chipped shower base which looked like it might cut someone’s foot, the toilet seat was very wobbly and felt like it might break. Also throughout the apartment the wall sockets were very flimsy. In fact the one in the kitchen nearly came out when I tried to remove a plug from the wall. And there wasn’t enough in the bedroom - on one side of the bed only so charging phones and devices wasn’t easy.

Loved the pool area, the pool also was wonderful and kept at a perfect temperature. And was very clean. The staff across the board were incredible. Always going out of their way to meet our needs and often going above and beyond. The restaurant manager really looked after us when we ate in one evening. The food was great, both in the restaurant (incredible options for breakfast and dinner) and in the outdoor bar area. In fact the food was better than in some of the restaurants on the promenade. The bar staff also great and the main pool guy super friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the cleaning staff were very friendly always saying hello when passing in the corridor. The reception staff also very helpful and kind.

Obligatory swimming caps, never met before. There was no information so we had to buy caps in the hotel. Payable gym, with the price we paid should be included.

If you need to do some laundry go do it yourself in the city because the prices are expensive as this isnt a core task and extra burdon for the hotel.

The breakfast was above expectation actually. A lot of choices in Italian sweet way. The staff were friendly and proffesional. We had 1 time dinner buffet in the hotel and it was also better than expected compare with some restaurants on the boulevard. The beach is in front of the hotel, advise is to reserve some beachchairs in busy periods. The swimmingpool was perfect although not many facilities for children. Pisa and Lucca are a short drive away.

Average braekfast - wrinkled tomatoes, dry scrambled eggs, overcooked eggs, lame coffe machine coffe, you can order barista capuchino, but it doesn't mean you will get it. Location is objet for disscution - yes it's on the beach, but thats all. In our case ir was ok - not much interest with two small children. But if you like city, restaurants, shimopping - rent a car or stay in other place.

Pool area despite all italian regulations - caps obligatory, no games in the water - still, clean area, good sunbeds, enough sunshades, toilet, shower etc. Jacuzzi was half operating. Comfy beds, spatious apartment. Old money style, but also worn out in some places. Very pleasant lady working in reception.

Main reason why we took this hotel was spa. When we booked, got message that is not included and spa needs to be payed separetly. Ok, we could manage it but 20€ for one hour or 30€ for two hours was little to much. No privacy in hotel rooms, just curtain between each balcony, You can hear and see Your neighbour. Can be problem if all rooms are full.

Room good and clean, breakfast good, parking free. Staff friendly.

The rooms are a bit small for the size of our family of four. We wish there was a two-three bedroom with a full kitchen and two bathrooms offered. Rooms are a bit dated and need some care.

Breakfast was average. Should add a few more hot plates and keep the bacon stocked. The location is perfect for our needs. We attend Carnevale annually. We've never used the pool or spa as we usually arrived during off season. Staff has always been pleasant!

The football field for kids is a great idea, but when they use the same area for dogs there was dog pooh - not a gook idea on a surface for football.

Breakfast was ok. Industrial products. Great coffee from behind the bar. The pool was a bit cold. Great distance to the beach.

Would have expected access to the spa and gym for free as paying guests. €30 for access to Turkish bath seemed excessive when I had paid for a massage. Asked could I use the facilities before the massage and was told they had to be booked separately

When you stay at a 4* hotel, the cost of cleaning the pool filters should be borne by the hotel, not by the customers having to wear a swimming cap, my wife did not use the pool because of this absurd rule, which on discussion with other guests was the same for them. The hotel does not own a section of the beach so you have to pay extra there if you want a swim and sun lounger. Additionally, the jacuzzi pool was empty and not in operation which was another disappointment.

The staff were amazing, location is right on the main Broadwalk before the beach bars, breakfast was excellent.
