No water for drink, just consider it. And no elevator. But it’s minor minuses compared to kindness and welcoming

It is room in the 3 room’s apartment in living building located on a quite street of a charming neighbourhood of Termini. Host was in touch by WhatsApp all the time, nice woman met us and showed everything. Room was spotless clean with nice decoration, comfortable big bed, well equipped bathroom and coffee/tea point on a common area of apartment. They also give you coupon for breakfast in the bar just in front of b&b with tasty Italian breakfast.

Elana, the host was charming, helpful, and always replied promptly to our questions or requests. The room was clean and comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of walking. It is an 8 minute walk to the main train station so we were able to go anywhere in Rome with ease.

We stayed for only 3 days, but we're definitely coming back when we revisit Rome! The B&B is amazing. It's super close to Termini Station (5 mins walking), the room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it has everything you need. The owner is super super nice, she helped us carry the luggage to the room (since there's no elevator but it wasn't a problem, the stairs are easy) and the breakfast is served as a coupon you redeem in the bar next to the B&B and you have a lot of options and the owner of the bar is very friendly and flexible. The street is super safe and clean, and I recommend it to young women (since we were two young sisters traveling alone and we felt very safe), and there is a restaurant under the B&B very nice and very tasty and it opens until midnight. I highly recommend this place, and if I could give it a 20 out of 10, I would.

We had a nice stay, the room was clean and comfortable and clearly recently renovated. The owner was kind and responsive. Breakfast was provided in the bar across the street and was superb! Very convenient central location, just a 5 minute walk from Termini station and Repubblica subway stop. Plenty of food options and restaurants around. Would recommend for stays in Rome!

Everything was so good, the room itself, new and clean, facilities, location, easy to find, next to gara termini 10 mins walking. Would totally recommend it. The host Elena was absolutely amazing, helpful and lovely.

Mostly quiet at night, but any louder street noises were heard (as expected in the busy part of the city).

Great location close to Roma Termini. Our host was very friendly and helpful - she accommodated us last minute due to a canceled flight. Would recommend.

Very nice and helpful owners. The room was clean and everything needed was there. Beautiful high cealing, true Rome building :) Also, coffee at breakfast was very good. They have plant milk option as well (soy). Very nice stay in general.

Close to station and many attractions of Rome. Room was quiet, clean, large, good facilities, breakfast was provided in a cafe opposite and was very good. Couldnt fault it for anything - big, comfty, aircon, good wifi, good breakfast, clean and quiet.

My only criticism would be the shower. It was really weak (a dribble) and temperature fluctuated.

Great host, good location close to main station and to explore Rome. Ideal room for us (2 adults and 2 children -10 & 12). Not massive but good enough for us to relax in after a day exploring Rome. Breakfast at the cafe over the road was brilliant.

We had a really nice stay, only for one night. We were warmly welcomed and could leave our luggage the whole day, because we flew in the evening. The location is directly at the main station, for our departure this was very advantageous.
