Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe accommodation is located on a busy road, but that’s also kind of how Sorrento is. Manageable. Besides that, everything about the place was amazing!!!
Our host, Camilla was outstanding! Wonderful wonderful host. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, and I hope I can stay with her again. She was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms are tucked away in a little courtyard that is very safe, private, and immaculately clean. Camilla made our stay in Sorrento amazing. Thank you Camilla!!

Camilla is amazing. She was so kind and helpful, always texting us if we needed anything. She gave us lots of information about places and restaurants. We were very happy there. The room has everything, it's fresh and clean. Every day someone cleans the room. It's spacious and has more space outside if you want to dine outside. It's close to the train station, Meta station. It's easy to get a train to Sorrento, Naples or Pompeii and then you can get a bus to Positano and Amalfi, you have an all night bus to Meta, so the location is convenient and price wise, perfect!!!

Well, Camilla and her Mum are the most fabulous duo! This family Bed and Breakfast is totally everything that you could ask for. Location, immaculate, high end shower facilities and I was looked after with the most care as a solo traveller! Camilla is a caring expert with a vast repertoire of local knowledge to help you with any task or question that you may have. I shall be back!

MoroccoNothing, everything was great.
Camilla is very, very nice, always available and willing to listen. Her recommendations were perfect, whether for beaches, places to visit, restaurants, transport to take... the place is very clean, it's cleaned every day, quiet and very close to transport ( Train, and Bus to Positano/Amalfi ...) . The room is equipped with an air-conditioner, which was unavoidable in the heatwave that prevailed during our stay. 100% recommended.

NetherlandsI would highly recommend Caldi Abbracci. Camilia was a very friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and answer all our questions at any time. She gave us all the tips and recommendations on the first day! Room was very clean and spacious and the whole place was very cozy. The location is great if you use public transport, the bus stop is 4 minutes away to go to Sorrento or to the beach. Buses to go to Positano and Amalfi are also very close by! The metro station is 7 minutes walk. Meta is a very nice place to stay in if you want to explore the Amalfi coast and it's not vert touristic, less crowded and the prices are reasonable. The Meta Beach is 15 minutes walk or few minutes by bus and it's a very nice and relaxing beach.

Camilla was the friendliest host I've ever met. She made contact prior our arrival and was flexible on the time (we were late because of the ferry unfortunately). She kindly offered a welcome drink and gave us lots of recommendation about public transport, where to go and what to be careful with. Easy to get to train station and bus too. Even after we left she checked in to see we got to our next destination fine. Breakfast was great, well prepared and good amount of choices: croissant, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, toast and jams. Coffee was quite nice too! I would definitely go back if I visited that part of Italy again.

The location is perfect, close to the metro station and the bus station. The beach is also close, 10 minutes walking from the apartment. And the last, but for sure not the least, the host Kamilia is wonderful, always there to help you and to make your stay more pleasant with her smile. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and with a good seaview from the terrace. We had a perfect italian breakfast. Perfect value for the money.

CyprusThe place was spotless clean, extremly comfortable and during out stay there was litteraly nothing we needed that we couldn’t find inside. The place is walking distance to bus /train station, so overall very convenient location. Camilla takes care of everything, she was by far the kindest host I’ve ever seen, making it feel like a home away from home. Always so positive and happy to help, not only doing the needed, but going above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and have everything we need! Extremly kind, providing routes suggestions, places to try and keeping us up to date with routes/bus strikes etc. The breakfast is more than you could need and a great way to start the day + great coffee :) The small garden outside is also a great spot to have a coffee and relax in the evening after a full day of wondering around! Overall was for sure the best choice and would definetly love to return!

FinlandYou have to walk along the busy main road to the house, but after all that's not a big problem as it is only some hundred meters.
Camilla is an extremely good host - so helpful and active in communication that it feels like you're staying at your friend's place. Nice breakfast served in the little outdoor breakfast room every morning. Peaceful and quiet place; even if the house is located on the main road there is no traffic noise coming to the room (at least in the Blue Room in which we stayed). Good and comfortable bed and pillow, nice shower. We highly recommend this place!

United KingdomWe stayed here for 3 nights and the accommodation was perfect for visiting capri, pompei, sorrento and positano as day trips whilst staying here. The accommodation is a short 5 minute walk from Meta train station and only 7 minutes by train into sorrento from here. There are also local buses a 3 minute walk from the accommodation that can also take you to sorrento and also to positano and amalfi without having to go into sorrento first for the latter two. The breakfast was great for us, with a coffee machine, croissants, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, different fruit juices, sweet cakes, toast all you could really need to keep you going until a late lunch on your day trips! Camilla the host went over and beyond for us and will give you all the latest timetables you need, maps, check in with you each day on WhatsApp if you need her help or advice. The rooms were very clean and plenty of towels, with a minibar and a good place to have as your base when visiting this area. There is also a great pizzeria Rosario 3 minutes away from this accommodation, they only do delivery or pick up (no seating) €14 for the biggest pizza we have seen! Once again big points for Camilla who will truly look after you during your stay!

ChileOnly 1 day the WiFi was slow (we always had internet), but later it was fixed
The place impressed us, it is better than the photos. In addition to having clean and tidy rooms, the best thing was the attention from Camilla, very attentive and helpful with us. The most impressive thing is that we had to leave at 6 am on a bus to Rome and she got up before that time to have us breakfast for the road; as she says, the guest is the most important thing. We certainly appreciate staying there. Caldi Abbracci is better than Sorrento!
