Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable and the apartment had a good space in general. It is close to the train station and the service was good.

The location was amazing if you need to stay close to the station. Also, you have supermarkets nearby. The room was very quiet and you have a fridge and a kettle. The communication with the host was very easy and he even let us store our bags in the building.

KazakhstanSeems like hosts don’t read messages from Booking. We wanted to check in earlier for extra payment or at least leave our luggage in the room, but never heard back from them. Communication was really poor. Once arrived called them through WhatsApp, they provided us instructions on how to check in, sent link for online payment. No cash is needed anymore as it was stated in previous reviews.
Doesn’t look exactly same as in the pictures, but still was nice place to stay. Simple, nothing extra. Had additional single bed in the room. Bathroom was surprisingly nice, looked recently renovated, with strong shower pressure.

ItalyDo not expect a warm welcome or host. This is a solution for indipendent travellers which are fine once they get their key. You'll get your own room or apartment and be free to find out things on your own. Also, besides soap and a few tea bags do not expect anything else, if you need anything you will have to get it on your own (salt, olive oil, lighter to switch on the stove, etc...). Only desadvange for me it was the noise in the morning as the rooms are close to a scooter parking, but not much the owner could do about it.
We stayed in the quadruple room and it was spacious, basically a small apartment, clean, comfortable beds and very well located being only a few minutes walking from the train station and city center. The instructions to get in had been clearly communicated by the owner by phone when in front of the entrance door. We could also drop our luggage in the corridor after the check out for a few hours which was very nice!

ItalyWas the worst stay I have stayed in Europe. Worst host. There was nothing as shown in the photos. Gave a wrong small room which was different from one which shown in the booking . The response from owner was very bad . Was nothing in the room No glass to drink water nothing hang clothes small congested room . A kettle which is not in work condition, Air conditioner not working properly.

LebanonNo view even you cannot open the window as you will be straight at the street. The air conditioner has a loud voice so we had to put it off to be able to sleep in a hot weather. The kitchenette needs to be more clean. No coffee machine or boiler to make coffee eventhough they provide coffee sachet and tea.
The location is very convenient. The apartment is spacious.
