The location is at 25 minutes distance to the historical center by walking. Also, public transportation is very very rare, especially in the evenings. The bed was actually not a double one, but actually two single beds combined.

The room was not the same as on the photo. It looks much smaller and there was only one window. When we asked at the reception to change the room to the same as in the photo - we were refused.

1st nite was a nightmare. We picked the terrace room and there was lots of ants had got in through the wall, maybe the vent in the Bathroom so that was awful. However the staff moved us to a new room straight away and gave us complimentary breakfast for the whole stay. 2nd room the shower flooded but it was not the end of the world. Not as bad as ants and it served a purpose for our travelling

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, you could also hear the train drive past in the evening and lots of people shouting in the street.

Great location to explore Florence - close to the centre to access on foot, with secure car park on site. Slightly quirky rooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet - do not be put off by student accommodation label! Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was about 20 mins walk to the Centre where majority of the sites and restaurants were so not super close but trams made the journey quicker.

It was spacious, clean and the bathroom had plenty of storage/shelving and the bath towels were large which is something I love in a hotel. It was close to the meeting point where a lot of day tours begin. The staff were helpful when I had any questions. It’s used as university student housing but I was very happy with the facilities.

Cool, unique property that really does resemble a university like campus. Good selection for breakfast when added on. Staff were really helpful and we were able to leave luggage when we arrived early. Great location to walk to all the major attractions ( about 10 mins through the park and to the station)

The only issue we had was ants in the room

The room was spacious and modern, the bathroom facilities were of a high standard. The bed was comfortable and the electric blinds were a great feature! We liked the campus feel and although we didn’t get to make use of it the gym looked great! The location is only a 20 minute walk from the main area and train station, it’s an easy walk. Staff at the front desk were friendly and desk is managed 24hrs. We wished we could stay longer!

Maybe the rooms ambiance & bit it is designed overall.

During my stay, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was not far from public transportation and a supermarket, making it easy to access daily necessities. Moreover, the city center was within a short walking distance, allowing me to explore the area without any inconvenience. The hotel staff was a highlight of my experience. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. I noticed that the hotel seemed to cater well to young travelers like myself. The reception area had a vibrant atmosphere, and it remained lively throughout the day. This created a social and welcoming environment, making it easy to connect with other guests and share experiences. One delightful aspect of the hotel was the availability of coffee and snacks at very reasonable prices, even for guests who didn't opt for breakfast. This thoughtful touch allowed me to grab a quick bite before heading out to explore the city.

Washing machine is able to use for only 2 euros, but it was dirty as well and dryer. Breakfast needs to be improved! A lot of people is reviews is complaining about it and still no change. If you’ll create buffet and proper calculations you will waste less than now.

Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Free drinks in minibar. Tasty coffee, one of the best we had during 3 weeks trip in Italy.

Great location, not too far from the train station and city centre. Bedroom was really nice and comfortable. It was also quite large. Hotel was nice and quiet at night.
