This is not a hotel and it does not state anywhere on the advertisement that is student accommodation! Very disappointing. This should be stated CLEARY so that people know what to expect! We arrived after travelling, were tired and just wanted to relax once we got to the hotel however we were faced with the problem of a shower door being broken and we had to have a plumber come up to the room to rectify the problem. This was not rectified. The breakfast was to student standards (which of course is to be expected considering this is not a hotel :( ) BUT, just another disappointment.

They bought us a bottle of wine to say sorry for the problems. However, only one gentleman was prepared to be sympathetic. The other reception staff were not that understanding. Accomodation was very clean and was done to a high standard. Bed was okay. Trendy accommodation and if I was a student, I would be very happy with the place. However I was on holiday and it's NOT acceptable to not state that this is student accommodation on the advertisement. Location was okay.

Some things from the breakfast we had to wait a bit on line to get it, the staff had clearly too much on their plate. So I’d suggest more staff to help on busy days/season.

Breakfast was delicious and had a big variety of pastries. Room was spacious and comfortable and bathroom too,shower was very goo! Had a small fridge which was perfect to keep some snacks and cold beverages during summer. Hotel is 15 min walk from Santa Maria novella station so we barely took the train to sightsee the city.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Any questions we had were answered and we received great advice and help about exploring the city. The rooms were modern and spotless.

Breakfast was served b staff which took an hour to get and eat. With kids it was a bad experience. They should have served the breakfast openly like other hotels do. Room was clean but overall design of room was not much appealed.

All staff are really friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast is also fine and there are also many different choices.

The room felt like a boardroom from an office that they'd placed a bed in. Lots of cupboards that have zero use but give the room a strange feeling.. almost like you're in a boardroom.

The room had aircon and there's free, cold sparkling water in reception. The rooms is really tidy. The staff were lovely.

Only thing that would've been better but definitely not bad, is that the gym did not have heavy weights. If you are someone that trains more on the heavier side maybe its not the gym for you, or you will have to improvise.

The breakfast was really good and they offered allot of different options. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We really liked that there was a gym at the property. The staff at both front desk and restaurant were very friendly. It was nice that we could leave our luggage there after check-out.
