For this price however, I had expected a more cosy place. The breakfast buffet is a kind of canteen where nothing is very tasty. My (expensive) bike could not stay inside my room. I needed to leave it in an open courtyard. For me that's a red flag.

I needed to be in central Palermo near the Palatine Chapel, so this place ticked the box. The room was very functional. Everything was present and working, but it felt more like a student place than an actual hotel (probably the Camp(l)us concept). I have slept and eaten and was close to where I needed to be.

Although breakfast was fine, it would not hurt to add more variety of food. Maybe some vegetables or salads.

Property is on very convenient location very near to train station. Also it is very close to historical center near to one of the most important streets for tourists (Via Vittoria Emanuele). We definitely enjoyed on our stay. Room vas spacious, like on the images. It was very clean. Stuff was very friendly and warm to guests. Even the fact that building is actually mini student campus didn’t cause any problem with noise.

The shower cubicle is a little on the small side. Probably not for the well-upholstered. The breakfast is not bad at all, but it would be nice to see more fresh (and riper) fruit there and a bit more variety on the cheese front.

This is an excellent option for solo travellers. It's away from the day-tripper rat runs, but very close to some of Palermo's finest sites. It's got its own railway station on the trip in from the airport, and there are decent aperitivo spots and restaurants within very easy walking distance. Everything is clean, efficient and works, and the rooms are soothingly plain, with no decorative flimflam.

Have no complains. Just a minor feedback that house keeping could be better. Had to ask for blankets and towels a couple of times.

We asked for mugs to bring to our room so that we can have our tea. The front desk said its okay to bring from the restaurant but after a few minutes, they telephoned us saying we have to return them immediately. No manners and they didn’t even ask nicely. Some mornings, during breakfast, the kitchen stopped servings bacon and eggs. You’ll have to ask the kitchen to serve you some, which takes a little longer. The showers were really small (around 1sqm) and air conditioning was really slow.

Location was okay. Security was good and the building was new and clean.

Palermo 😂 The ugliest and dirtiest city I've visited in my 15 days trip around Sicily. I know some love it, others don't. File me in the second category.

Free parking in the zone (public parking). Modern. Breakfast Included or else paying a reasonable extra amount (7 € in my case). Also cheap laundry service.

Very clean and very spacious hotel, very helpful team. The location of the hotel is also great, 20 minutes walk from Maqeda street and the center of Palermo, and 5 minutes drive from the exit of the city, so it is easy to visit the villages around.

Streets around are a little on the rough side, at night I recommend walking the main road up to the palace first then cutting through the gardens.

Large room, easy check in, cathedral and palace are very close and a 20 minute walk to the Main Street with the restaurants and bars. Had gluten free breakfast options on request, otherwise it’s the standard yoghurt, fruit coffee, cakes

Recommendable for a short stay. Location very good for the old city. Brilliant with the private parking but only 6 spaces so be sure to book. Clean and nice size room. No frills but everything quite OK. It is a students hall of sorts but absolutely no problem. The breakfast is simple but fine to start the day. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and no language problems.

nice location! it’s easy to walk from the accommodation to any tourist attraction. also, it’s close to the Palermo Centrale station. it’s quiet. finally i would not be disturbed by the motorcycles and vehicles.
