there was no second set of towels , some staff were very unhelpful and not problem solvers, but thankfully, one receptionist was very nice and was able to resolve our problem with the key card. too expensive for the experience you will get

Nothing much to complaint about.

The location was very close to major attractions of the City and also to the nearest Train Station. The staff had suggested us the nearest station, as we were traveling from Messina. That helped us plan accordingly. So it was convenient for us to walk to and fro, to the Station and the property. The room met our expectation, it was clean and all the facilities were good. And mainly, the property is very safe. Felt very safe and comfortable during the stay. The Bed and Pillows were not so comfortable, but I wouldn't complain, The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items catered in a typical Italian Breakfast style. As we had to check-out early the next day, the staff were so helpful and offered us to pack our breakfast and that was two paper bags full of breakfast items, snacks, fruit, juices and Yogurt. Thoughtful and helpful. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Every front desk staff we met were helpful.

The shower cubicle was very small, as other reviews mentioned. A minor inconvenience. Our room looked out onto a car park and road - not the most scenic. Again, a minor thing.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The location is very close to a stop on the rail line from the aurport. Also great location for exploring the city - close to Norman Palace and Cathedral, but in a calm street. We were welcomed warmly by friendly staff. The hotel smells and looks clean throughout, including common areas and our room. The breakfast was served at convenient times, in a nice restaurant and courtyard, and we enjoyed the food and espresso. I would stay again.

Large and nice bathroom with a tiny shower cubical. What were you guys thinking? No adult human can fit in there. Breakfast was just basic. Parking in the surrounding area was terrible. Surrounding area was a total dump with mountains of rubbish accumulated around the rubbish bins. Matress was exceptionally hard

It's not a hotel. It's kind of student housing (former monastery) with hotel rooms too. At first I didn't trust it but it turned out to be very nice. With a little luck you find free parking space too.

My room was under the playing room (109), and you can hear the noise of tables moving even after 23:00. Also, the courtyard dining area was also not restricted to the students after 23:00 and besides they were good windows you can hear people chatting and laughing outside.

I would have preferred some better places to conduct Zoom calls, maybe some cubicles or areas that did not interfere with the students apparent quiet zones.

It had great wifi for zooming, emails, and downloading. It was comfortable, noting it is essentially a graduate student dorm. The staff was professional and efficient. As tourists, we were happy with the space in the room.
