Canne Bianche is a gorgeous facility that clearly prides itself on service and customer care. Staff are warm and helpful and the amenities offered are top notch. A real treat!

We love all of it, from the first meeting at the front of the hotel, they took the car and the luggage, a beautiful welcome drink and wowed by the interiors and exteriors, the staff were off the scale fabulous, super friendly and super efficient, remembering everyone's little preferences, they even without question sorted our parking ticket out for us which the previous hotel had refused, our room was so gorgeous even though we were only standard double, so much thought has gone into creating the atmosphere, The pools and gardens were stunning and easy to get into the sea, our favourite hotel indeed.

The property was absolutely stunning! The staff was incredible and the food was as well. We felt so cared for in this little slice of paradise. The front desk staff was fantastic and helped us arrange our plans and provided so many recommendations. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! My husband and I had such a romantic trip ❤️

We loved the location on the waterfront with lawns and great outdoor service, although the sea was difficult to access due to rocks and rough sea Our suite with a pool was exceptional and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects (Shout-out for Mateus from front desk) Breakfast was substantial and excellent quality

From check in to check out you're being pampered. The hotel is simply gorgeous, the decoration, the upkeep, the spa, pool and restaurant. The staff is amazing. They are really focused on you having a great stay, not worrying about anything, being happy. And they succeed. We had plans to visit a couple of places but decided to just relax and take in the pampering!

The rooms are rather small, and our waterfall shower had very low water pressure. There is a private beach access, but no beach w/ loungers. Joining a yoga class costs an additional EUR 35. When already paying £600 a night, this is a stretch. I feel the value for money of this hotel could be better.

The property is beautiful and on the beach, which makes it very relaxing. The service was outstanding, the food delicious (both breakfast and lunch) and the gym well equipped! This hotel is used to catering to a luxury audience, taking care of every little detail.

At times the service could be incredibly slow. At dinner we waited 30 mins just to place our order and a further 20 mins after that just to receive our drinks. They seemed short-staffed and overwhelmed. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but slightly dated and on the smaller side. Given that the hotel is not in a city, you would expect the rooms to be much bigger. The bathrooms are also well maintained but not as luxurious or modern as they could be. Overal, i would say this hotel is more in line with an absolutely excellent 4 star propery in terms of the product. To justify their pricing i think the rooms, gym, and restaurant service could be improved.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Really nice and welcoming staff. The breakfast spread was amazing. The rooms were comfortable.
