United StatesNOT a hotel… no staff from 9pm to 8 am Fire alarm went off middle of night and rang for an hour until someone drove an hour to shut it off. No apologies the next morning!!! Staff was not helpful. Pillows were like rocks . Would not go again!!!!

United StatesIf you are with kids please do yourself favor stay away from this place. Small tiny uncomfortable. We asked for taxi but receptionist (a man) said that today is taxi strike and I can’t help you any way, I said that we have fly at 5 pm and we need taxi for any cost , he was so ignorant and said sorry I can’t do nothing and he back to watch his phone . Shame on this place ! We went next hotel Rafaello, and there receptionist tried all ways to help us, and he did order taxi for airport and another taxi right away to museum. So please , go any nearby hotel even if it few $ more . Facility as another unpleasant thing in this place , they locked foyer with metal curtains, brrr . And please fix hot water in the toiled BD . United KingdomThe only good thing about this hotel is the location. There was no water or tea in the room. I can understand that water pressure is low and the rooms are small due to the building being old I am however, DISGUSTED by the owner. They gave another stranger a code to our room. At 1 am a man entered our room when we were sleeping he only left after my partner got up and shouted at him. The man kept telling us he has the pin. That is extremely DANGEROUS. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone ESPECIALLY NOT for single women travelling solo. If I was there on my own there would be nothing stopping that man from hurting me. After speaking with the receptionist I only heard I am sorry. I asked to speak with the owner and he was not only so blasé about the entire thing he told me nothing happened (when we had to confront a man naked in our room at 1am) ?! The owner also tried to coerce me into not leaving a bad review or the desk lady would be fired. When I asked for a refund he told me that is too much. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else RESPONSE TO OWNERS: Are you not ashamed to lie like that ? Beware of the owner and the staff there.

BrazilThe best thing about this hotel is the location; you are within walking distance of the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the trevi fountain, and other monuments of Italy's capital. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast or room service, there are many charming cafeterias within a 2-minute walking radius. The installations are great also, and the hotel has gone thru a complete overhaul, making it classic on the outside and modern in the inside.

A lovely boutique hotel, the hostess Magdalena was amazing, she welcomed us warmly and with a smile and helped us with recommendations on gluten-free restaurants and places worth visiting, the location is excellent and close to all the main sites, the room is clean and tidy, and they clean it every day, there is a supermarket 20 meters from the hotel which is open until late, highly recommend!

United StatesHotel Canova is located close to many of Rome's most famous attractions. It is walking distance to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. It is also only a 10 min walk to Roma Termini station. The absolute best part of Hotel Canova is it's amazing staff! Andres was so helpful and accommodating to our group's needs. Also, the overnight staff member was so kind and helpful when we got locked out of our room. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Hotel Canova! Highly recommend!
