This is such a great hotel! I stayed in September 24 for the MotoGP It’s a family run hotel and the family are all so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do more for us they were all so nice. The hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Every thing was spot on and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. the beds are very comfortable and rooms have a tv. The breakfast was amazing had a full range of cooked pastries and fruit yogurt ect was excellent and the two ladies who worked at breakfast were really nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near to supermarket and restaurants but on a quiet road. The hotel has a pool with slides and sun loungers all free. I’ve stayed in Misano many times but this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in by far.

If they are advertising that they are also hotel for families then it would be nice if they would have at least one or two bicycle child seats. Breakfast was fine but there could be a bit more choices or at least changes from day to day, instead it is practically the same every day.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rent free bicycles were a big + for us. Pool near the hotel is clean with lots of beach beds. position of the hotel was amazing.

Proximity to the beach. The room is very clean and we had a good view of the Adriatic Sea from our terrace. I just wish they have a tea/kettle in the room. Otherwise, our stay was great! Staff are so friendly.

Everything was superb!

Everything was super nice, comfy and clean. Breakfasts were surprisingly extremely testy and there were every day private Italian barista who every day made us coffee whichever we want. Big advantage for the biggest swimming pool in Misano. What’s more the staff hospitality is unique and we never face something similar before.

The one minor detail missing was a kettle. It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff were especially nice, very friendly. We were given great recommendations for restaurants which included some discounts and they were affiliated with beach number 24 which was also great. The location was excellent and the hotel very clean and comfortable. Room was a good size with big balcony and bed was comfy.

Nice clean, familyl run hotel a block or 2 from the beach and everything you need within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved my balcony. Families will like the pool across the street. Breakfast was very good. Internet was good. Loved the free parking. All in all a good experience.

We were realy lucky to visit this hotel, in Misano, right on the seashore, and has its own large swimming pool with a slide. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was extra good, just like the hotel staff. The price-quality ratio was great, we would definitely come back again

Bathroom quite small but sufficient. Storage area in the room was minimal but it didn't affect our pne night stay.

We only stayed overnight en-route to Lake Garda but this was a comfortable place to stop. The room was comfortable with a separate room area for our daughter. Good air conditioning and decent balcony. Decent selection of food at breakfast. Car parking just down the road from the hotel. Short walk to the beach front and restaurants. We had booked here to have swimming pool access but we didn't manage to find the time to go in!

The attendance was perfect. Facilities, breakfast,, parking very good. The family is running a very good business.. I strongly recommend to visit it.

The pool the hotel have access to did shut on the 10th September for the end of season. We personally feel this is too early as the weather was still hot and sunny. We did use the reduced price voucher to purchase the hire of sun loungers on the beach instead but always prefer a pool.

Great location, breakfast was lovely, they had plenty available. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our room was perfectly sized and clean, the cleaner attended our room each day and it was spotless. Breakfast was 0700 - 1100 everyday which is great as it caters for the early starts and lazy mornings.

Probably the best value for money we have had in the whole of Italy. Good size room with a balcony overlooking the sea at a great price, including an excellent breakfast. Location is perfect for the beach and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us local restaurant recommendations with discount codes for staying there. Also dog friendly, and although dogs aren't allowed in the breakfast room, you can easily take your breakfast downstairs to the lobby or outside. Highly recommended 👌
